April 7, 200916 yr Member Why is this thread just being started now? It has been a great week so far! Even Nick is tolerable.
April 7, 200916 yr Member Ahh so Jackie paid cash for her loft. Stephanie and Taylor: The Odd Couple.
April 8, 200916 yr Member Just catching up on old episodes. Am I the only one who saw lesbian vibes when Taylor asked Stephanie to move in with her? Are they going for a Jackie/Owen/Bridget triangle?
April 8, 200916 yr Member I just watched Monday's episode and I loved it! Jackie/Owen were SO hot... totally worked for me. And I love the idea of Stephanie/Taylor living together!
April 8, 200916 yr Member And I FLOVE the loft! The decorations are horrible, but I love the windows with the view, it reminds me of one of my favorite sets ever, Marlena and John's loft!
April 11, 200916 yr Member Friday's episode was the first time I've enjoyed this show in a very long time. Setting aside the "Stephanie was Forrester" [!@#$%^&*] (and it is [!@#$%^&*] of the highest order), I believe in her reasonings for joining Jackie M. Even if Taylor was spouting revisionist history like the true fantasist she is. I'm also glad they're acknowledging the tension between Stephanie and the Marones which I thought had been swept under the rug in true Bradley style. I also LOLed at Rick's summary of the beach weddings "Not the whole heart in the sand thing...that was kind of cheesy. But the bed on the beach was kind of hot." It's not Rick Forrester and the Brooke/Steffy are acting like morons not to see the agenda but it's enjoyable trash nevertheless.

It's not Rick Forrester and the Brooke/Steffy are acting like morons not to see the agenda but it's enjoyable trash nevertheless. I agree. My favorite !@#$%^&* of the week, though, was Stephanie on Thursday. Donna: Is your hearing gone, too, now, Grandma? Stephanie: Gra-- Grandma? Oh, well, uh, you're right. I am a grandmother, and I'm damn proud of it. I have some wonderful children who've had wonderful children, and those kids look to me for love and support. And as for being a "Grandma," don't worry. I got still plenty of fire in the belly. Stephanie: Imagine that bitch calling me a grandma like there's something wrong with it. What am I supposed to do? Just curl up and die? Taylor: So I take it we're not leaving? Stephanie: Hmm. Stephanie: Whoa, whoa, whoa. We wouldn't want to get grandpa too excited. Eric: "Grandpa"? Stephanie: Yes. You know, your wife just came over and called me "Grandma" like it was a dirty word. So I thought, you know, what's good for the goose is good for the gander, isn't it? Donna: You wouldn’t. Eric: Of course she would. You're gonna cause a scene, aren't you? Stephanie: Oh, I think your wife’s... (chuckling) doing a good job of that all on her own, cavorting as though you're in the bedroom. Eric, where's your decorum? You're in a public place. Donna: Stephanie, I am here with my husband. What we do is none of your concern. Stephanie: Let me tell you something, Donna. I may be older and grayer and a few pounds heavier than you, but I know a real woman does not take another's husband away and then play sex kitten with him in public when he's old enough to be her grandfather and should know better. But, of course, you never did know better, did you, darling? All a girl had to do was look at you and crook her little finger and your wedding vows went right out the window, didn't they? And I always forgave you. I did. First, because of the kids, then because of the family, then because of the business. But really because I thought that when your philandering days were finally over, you'd come back, and we'd grow old together. But it ain't gonna happen. Stephanie: You know, Eric, you're not a cruel man. You're just weak. I know that you never intentionally set out to really hurt me. You just never found me appealing enough or sexy enough or naughty enough, and it just kind of happened. And the sad thing is you didn't even realize it. You were so busy being seduced by the Logan girls. You brought them into our company. You brought them into our bed. And they have taken, taken, taken, and they are still taking, and that's because the Logan family are users, takers and manipulators. And the saddest thing of all is your son, because he's the worst of the lot. You've let him-- you've let him seduce your granddaughter. You just let it happen. But then that's what you've done most of your life. (Sighs) Just let it happen. It's inexcusable behavior for a man, Eric, just like firing me from the company was inexcusable. Eric: You know why I fired you. Stephanie: You know what I know? That all of our married life, I stood by you faithfully, whether you deserved it or not. But those days are over. The marriage is over. I accept that. I'm out of the company. I accept that. But you know what I'm not going to accept? That somewhere in that head of yours, you think that you have defeated me. I'm gonna do something great with my life-- with the rest of my life. I'm going to use all of my energy, my intelligence, my experience, my connections, and I'm going to come roaring back without you and without Forrester. I'm gonna take a job. Waiter, may I have a vodka martini, straight up, two olives? Thank you. You know what I realized today? That I am no longer living or thinking of myself as your wife. I'm no longer Mrs. Eric Forrester. It's your title. You can have it. Enjoy it. I am simply Stephanie... the woman who can do anything she sets her mind to do. Just watch me. The martini's for the gentleman. You're going to need it. Cliched? Yes. Repetitive? Yes. But a delight to watch? Always.
April 12, 200916 yr Member Don't know if Stephanie was the driving force behind Forrester or not, but she sure as hell called in a few big favors for Jackie M and got them. So she has some clout. I want Jackie and Steph to remain adversaries but to be in business on some level together. It's time for Spectre/Jackie M to come roaring back, this show is about the cut throat fashion business for goodness sake.
April 12, 200916 yr Member I loved Friday's episode... Even though it was painful to watch Rick and Steffy, I so very much enjoy this side of Rick, conspiring to marry Steffy to get back at Ridge. Particularly loved it when Ridge insisted that he drives, not wanting to let Rick behind the wheel. Meanwhile, Jackie continues to be as fun as she has been the last few weeks, and I am very intrigued by Stephanie wanting to work at Jackie M. Loved when Stephanie referenced her homeless years. John F. Smith did a good job with the script, and I loved the location shooting. I think B&B is entering it's good phase at the moment... now, if only they put a stop to the sick, sick, Rick and Steffy pairing...

April 13, 200916 yr Member I LOVE that the show is finally doing something with Jacie M/Spectrea. Kind of late, but its working now LOVE that the show remembers that Stephanie and Taylor used to be friends. Their scenes lately have been the best part of the show
