Their little budding romance is some of the most uninventive predictable stuff I've seen in ages. He needs to be paired with Stacy, which leads me to Another Thread... Was it even 6 months ago that he was confessing his undying love to her before she went over the falls?? Again, I like Stacy, but you've got to give us something a little less predictable than this. I know Nelson Branco loves the current version of Starr, from his interview with her today, but I wonder how many other fans do. I know they mention it every year, but it seems like they usually refer to an offscreen Oscar party Rex hosts at UV. This time it was a casual comment about watching them on tv. It seems like the one taboo soaps shouldn't exploit--underage love--especially since the actress is underage herself. If she were 18 playing 16, then I wouldn't care but otherwise it bothers me and I'm as liberal, left-thinking, et. al. as they come. I guess I'm the only sucker for Stacy. I agree they need to do more than make her the vengeful sis looking to tear Gigi's life apart. There has to be more. Hopefully her being tied to Schuyler will bring more of that out. Members Scotty Posted February 22, 2009 Members Share Posted February 22, 2009 I think Starr is supposed to be about 17 (I'm pretty sure she was 16 when she got pregnant). As for Schuyler, I think they mentioned something about him going straight to college from high school (unless I just imagined that lol)........so after 4 years of college, he would be about 22.
