Because it now claims that IN ADDITION to TP's "murder", Steven Nichols was also fired yesterday.

Even if it is just Thaao, with a decision to stop using Leann Hunley...the show is definitely remaking itself for smaller budget. Will viewers stick around?

SN should be let go. He nver should have been brought back. I would say keep Kayla - but fans refuse to let any member of a supercouple ever move on so she can go too.

And i doubt anyone watchs the show just for TP & LH.. and if they do, its prob on youtube clips.

Nelson now confirms that Thaao is out. What a shame. Actually, any decent actor she get away from that soap while Higley is penning it.

I wouldn't say he should have never been brought back, but he came back to soon. They rushed that story just like they rushed John/Marlena/Charlotte story. I use to just watch the show to see Steve, Kayla, Anna, Tony, Maggie, Marlena, Mickey, and the other vets. I am in the age group with Belle and Shawn and that gang, but I never cared for the teen stories, especially when they did the Jeremy Horton airline crap. Days is going down hill, that get rid of great characters, Ford Decker and Morgan Hollingsworth were the greatest teen characters in a long time. I hope they don't kill another great character. They need to come to this board and read our cries for the Days of yesterday (not yesterday's episode, but years and years ago episodes)!!!

Yeah, Sweeps is March for this year, and this year alone

Although it's pointless now because Obama moved the conversion to the summer, so it's not happening in a few weeks now. But it's too late to change it back to February, since everybody wrote March for Sweeps.

I guess a year wasn't long enough for people to catch on that they had to update their cable boxes.

House Republicans nixed delaying the transition conversion so it's still on schedule (the conversion & March sweeps). However, it could come up for a vote again & pass with a simple majority. Here's a novel idea...how about putting your best foot forward the WHOLE year instead of just for sweeps?
