B&B: Emmy-Winner returns

Haven't seen this posted yet, but Ian Buchanan is returning as Dr. James Warwick on February 6th.

His gig is recurring like last year when amidst the writer's strike his return fell flat.

James' return is Taylor & Steffy related and I'm looking very much forward to it. :)

Damn, I thought Ashley Jones was fired and Jennifer Finnigan was finally coming back as Bridget.:P

I didn't see Buchanan's name in the sub-headline at first. LOL!

Anyway, good to have James back on the canvas, even if for a little while.

I saw something about James in some spoiler somewhere. Is Taylor depressed? Or is he going to convince Steffy how sick her relationship with Rick is? Hmmm.

James is said to counsel Steffy. Not to mention that ALL Forresters could use some serious psycho therapy. Phoebe's death, their narcisism... LOL!

Good. Maybe he can help redeem that character and get her to ditch Rick. Maybe he will be the voice of the outside world and let her know just how WEIRD it is. Lol. But Bradley likes this stuff I guess.

Back in the day when Taylor was so virtuous she could only sleep with another man in a blizzard, if he was a virgin.

I loved Brooke and James together. I'd never want to see them together now, but they were one of my favorite soap couples back when I used to watch B&B on a daily basis.

Don't give up hope. She's doing Lifetime movies and her hair is blonde. The economy sucks and SAG is screwing their members by refusing to sign a new deal.

Ian Buchanan is LOVE. Glad James is back.

Congrats to Ian! I can't remember how he originally left, did he and Maggie end up together or what? I use to watch during those summer breaks. I use to love him and the other Forresters: Maggie and Jessica.

He was another of those B&B characters that just disappeared with no send-off.

He divorced Maggie after havinga child with Sheila. Eventually his psychiatry career was put in jeopardy for marrying a former patient which pushed him towards Stephanie. Sheila lost it, shot Stephanie, took the baby and left town. He had a brief relationship with Steffers before fading off the canvas.
