Members bellcurve
Well if Eden joins the show once they move to L.A., he's at least got the "writing for lesbians" thing down.

Members bellcurve
Yeah. I had no idea what he, or any of the other recent male GH writers past/present were(aside from Michael Cinquemani, who has his picture splashed on the ABC Talent Development Page), but I saw this guy on the telecast and I was like, "Damn, a guy on the GH writing staff who is not only a.)hot but b.)looks nothing like Elton John. LOL. Beats looking at Mercer anyday!

Administrator Toups Posted September 5, 2009 Author Administrator Share Posted September 5, 2009 That was cool to see the press room coverage and hearing Korte/Val Jean speak. Maybe next year the audio can be better - I could barely hear anything. LOL Seeing Karen Harris and MVJ up there, all I could think of was that they should be Head Writing GH. Anyone know if GH listed a location director in today's end credits?
Members Y&RWorldTurner
No one was listed for the location shoot in the end credits. I wonder if Scott McKinsey did both the location stuff and the main studio stuff...
Administrator Toups Posted September 5, 2009 Author Administrator Share Posted September 5, 2009 Ah okay, thanks man. Since I don't watch GH on TV, can you check the end credits to see if maybe they'll credit the location director.
Members LeClerc
I agree with you that it wasn't bad script-wise. I made my comments about this Friend of Pratt being added to the team before actually watching the episode in question. Then I watched the first scene and was pleasantly surprised at his writing for the Tad/JR relationship. But I would still prefer they nurture new talent. Members R Sinclair
But we do have new talent. Joanna Cohen, Kate Hall. Then again, we also had new "talent" in Courtney Bugler and Lynsey Darfur, too. So new or old, I'm not going to be picky -- as long as the emphasis is on talent. However, since Michelle Patrick clearly bolted for whatever reason, they need to have an additional script writer. Make that two -- I want Rebecca Taylor GONE! Members Kubla Khan
They are going to have to usher in some new script writers. Joanna Cohen is pregnant, too, and due around the same time as Kate Hall! LOL.
Members R Sinclair
Lawda mercy! We simply can not have what we had a couple weeks ago. A week of back-to-back episodes written by Hayes and Taylor! We simply can't! I won't allow it, dammit!
Administrator Toups Posted September 8, 2009 Author Administrator Share Posted September 8, 2009 Congrats to Joanna! Okay, Frank South [or insert ex-MP writer] is so coming to AMC! LOL
Members dragonflies
Frank South? Pratt named a character on AMC after him didn't he? Henry North's original name was supposed to be Frank North. I Think Pratt will try hard to get South to come to AMC
Members R Sinclair
Did you even know who Frank South was before Toups mentioned him?
