I think even "white supremacy" is too nice of a term.  It's racism.  Pure and simple.

I can't believe these f*ckers are going to march in D.C.  I just heard about it, which is one of the negatives about not having live TV any more, not that I can watch news with my kids around anyway.  I hope no one gets killed this time.

With the Roku box, there are some live news channels.  NewsOn in particular, has a few local news options, depending on where you are.

Thanks! I know I need to get on it eventually.

You're welcome.  My brother has a Fire stick but he's a Prime member but I'm not.

Was that summit supposed to be a success or nah?

Sorry to piggyback, but I just wanted to warn anyone else who has Prime not to make my mistake - I didn't check properly and didn't realize that some of the channels available through Prime don't come free just because you have Prime, so you get additional charges per month, in some cases even if you only watched something on the channel once.

Thanks for the warning.  I have prime too and I've thought about Firestick. so this is good to know.  Amazon can be a little bit sneaky at times, even though I like them overall.

I'm a Prime member, but I don't have the Fire stick. I have Roku. And at least that tells you what is free and what isn't.

Yes.  One of the reasons why I like Roku.  There is still some clumsiness with aspects of their interface but they continually try to improve.

Now about North Korea (not a great segue, I know).

This photo is somewhat appropriate since Kim is basically catfishing the entire U.S. government right now.

There are a lot of reasons I hope Democrats win back the House, but one of the biggest is that all the Nancy Pelosi bogeyman stuff will finally be laid to rest. It's just so lazy, and I don't understand why people fall for it.

Because there are a lot of stupid people out there. My Facebook feed tells me that.  Some of the people I follow post ridiculous hoaxes and urban myths like it's God's truth all the time. These are by and large educated people, there are just no critical thinking skills present.  Some people don't understand what evidence is or have fact checking skills.  That's at least part of why we are where we are right now politically.

BTW, I'm not saying making one mistake makes people stupid, we all make them.  I'm just saying when people are constantly falling for the latest scare tactic meme and sharing it without a second thought, it's disheartening. There is so much disinformation out there. Clinton, Pelosi, the Obama's, George Soros are all victims of it.
