I agree with u and i do realize Clinton has the most comprehensive campaign. I just meant personalay she hasn't done the same level of appearances and I think she and high profile personnel stumping her  haven't really started yet. Bernie for example is doing a high profile rally on Labor Day.

I don't believe the election will be close. With Trump behind on all demographics other than non college educated white males, I do wonder who the polling organizations are talking to.

When I saw Anthony Weiner trending yesterday, I didn't even bother to click because I knew what it was going to be about. Is he getting therapy or what?!  However, I don't see how his addiction (or whatever it is) impacts national security, as Trump wants people to believe. Huma Abedin is separating from Weiner so I don't know what else needs to be said, other than it's a personal matter, at this point.

Yeah, I feel bad for Huma Abedin. If I found out my husband was sexting while my toddler was in bed with him, I would be very, very upset. Sharing a child with someone who lacks all sense of parental judgement has to be really nerve wracking. I have no idea if he's getting therapy, I certainly hope so, but if I were in her shoes I wouldn't give be very impressed with that. All these people run to therapy when they get caught, as if therapy wipes the slate clean.

Angela Corey, loathed by many for her botched prosecution of George Zimmerman and other derided cases (Marissa Alexander, Cristian Fernandez), has lost her primary. Some have said that the woman who beat her is no better, and may be worse, but still, it's good to see voters punish this type of prosecutor.

Another controversial prosecutor was turfed thanks in large part to money from the bogeyman of the right, George Soros.

Weiner should've been getting therapy from the get-go, maybe he wouldn't have been a repeat offender. Huma has given him multiple chances at cost to her pride because she clearly wanted to keep her family together probably hoping he'd stop but he has only become more brazen, it's time to kick him to the curb.

Trump who has cheated on his first wife and as I understand, his second has no standing to sit in judgement let alone to claim some clumsy argument that it will impact national security. Why doesn't he just focus on his phoney outreach to the African American community.

    • Same here.  Anyone who voluntarily left Margo's penthouse set (except to go overseas or to Heaven) was immediately on my blacklist.  lol.

    • The penthouse was my favorite set... and it changed hands from Margo to Draper/April to Miles/Nicole then to just Miles... before he opted to give that beautiful place for that drab house with the even more drab Beth.  That was a jump the shark moment for me LOL
    • The storyline April and Draper are involved in during the summer/autumn of 1979 seems fairly "benign" but soon turns very serious.  April has a VERY intrusive, wealthy mother (Margo Huntington Dorn).  Margo knows that April and Draper (who've recently had a miscarriage and are theoretically never going to be able to conceive another baby) want to buy a house.  Margo hoodwinks them into buying a house they can't afford.  The house is listed at $100,000 (about $400,000 in today's dollars).  Margo pays the first $35,000 and leads Draper to believe the asking price of the house is $65,000 instead of $100,000.  If Draper finds out his meddling mother-in-law paid 1/3 of the cost of the home and tricked him, he'll be mad as hell.   Meanwhile, Draper has received a job offer from a prestigious New York law firm.  Margo pulls some strings and has the senior partner in the firm rescind the offer, to keep April in Monticello.  If Draper finds out about THAT, he'll be even angrier with Margo than he will be about the house trickery.  All of that is "bubbling under the surface" in the fall of 1979 but will be the next major story, as everything begins to spiral out of control.   Yep, you've got the Karrs and their very basic middle-class house, the Victorian-themed place where Miles and Nicole live, April and Draper's old craftsman house with the exposed beams, the Madisons & their Mission revival house, and Margo with her 1970s-chic penthouse.  Each of the sets is completely different.  And their budget was like zero, lol.
    • It felt weird and out of place.  I get it. While I agree with those on here that say he's gotten better, it's still really bad. I'm not seeing the "good" acting some see...but I'll give him a B for being better than when he first started. There's potential. I'll leave it at that.
