BTW, any suggestions why Heather was made DA again? The actress couldn't deliver at all before in this post and did really well as Jabot's attorney (and still does in love stories). So I wonder why writers re-changed Heather's profession. Makes zero sense.

Well they did use her old/new job at the DA's office as an excuse for her fainting and being exhausted. So me thinks that they used it as an excuse, but she actually much more sick... Yes, I still think there is more to that story!! lol

Seriously, aside from that, I don't think her DA job has much of importance right now.

Omg I LOVE EH. She is such a perfect fit for this show, and thank god they finally have her around some actresses that can act.

Daniel & Colleen makes me barf although it mostly derives from one person. Phyllis up to her old tricks and her quips with Amber are fun although I can't help but feel that I'm done with the character. Been there, done that

Heather is not the DA or the ADA, she is the AAAAAADA...when they took her back and the DA 's office she was told she was starting back on the bottom, which means she gets the dredge cases on the bottom of the barrell and lots more leg work, she is having to work harder.
