August 11, 200817 yr Administrator "I Ross take thee Rachel" - I guess that's where the creators of Friends got it from (they're soap fans). Why/How did Cord/Tina break up?
August 11, 200817 yr Author Webmaster Yes, soaps led to some of the greatest story telling in primetime ever. Primetime drama would be nothing if not for daytime and it sickens me that people forget that fact.
August 11, 200817 yr Author Webmaster Am I not supposed to root for Brody? I can't help but feel for the guy. I don't mind Rex/Gigi, but I want Brody to come out the successful one and heck, I wouldn't mind him and Adrianna .
August 11, 200817 yr Author Webmaster Um, I have a soap feeling, lol. Both Jessica and Starr are pregnant. Going by soap standards...one of those babies has to die and one of those babies has to be presumed dead. Only question is which one and when?
August 11, 200817 yr Administrator Loved the ending! Tina seeing Cord! Yeah that was good....too bad there was no emotional impact for me because I never saw them together before.
August 11, 200817 yr Author Webmaster Loved the ending! Tina seeing Cord! Did I enjoy today's show? Not sure. I do know that I didn't even realize the show was over until I saw your post, lol.

I hope they don't go there. But it wouldn't suprise me.I wonder would they really kill off another one of Jessicas babies so soon after her husbands death.
August 11, 200817 yr Member I liked seeing Cord and Tina's brief scene at the end of today's show. That was sweet. Pure speculation: I've also been thinking that Starr and Jessica's babies will be switched. Both babies could very well survive (I think Starr's baby will definitely live). Maybe Todd will switch the babies because that way, he will prevent Marcie from raising his grandchild.
August 11, 200817 yr Member OMG, the moment I have waited 18 YEARS for. Cord and Tina (AE) are FINALLY reunited. I literally just died and went to heaven. Im so glad that Cord seeing Tina was a surprise. I thought Clint was going to tell him but its a good thing he also had no idea about Tina Edited August 11, 200817 yr by Cheap21
August 11, 200817 yr Member "I Ross take thee Rachel" - I guess that's where the creators of Friends got it from (they're soap fans). Why/How did Cord/Tina break up? which time? lol 1st divorce. Tina originally got together with Cord after she discovered that he was Clint's son. She saw the bank account and got him to marry her before he found out about his paternity. She eventally fell in love with him but he found out her originally intentions and divorced her. 2nd divorce. Tina's lies drove him away. She got involved in numerous schemes and the final straw was when she accused Cord of having an affair with Debra Medina and tried to run her out of town. 3rd divorce . Cord was presumed dead after being shot while away in a foreign country. While "dead", Tina got involved with and fell for Cain. Cord came back and she was torn between the two men for a while, but ultimately decided to choose Cain Final breakup. They reunited around 1996, and started casually dating and sleeping with each other. They decided to be friends and she left town to go be a personal shopper in Massachusetts

If it tips her firmly over the "edge" and forces her to being committed to St. Anne's for life? I can go for that. I am strangely intrigued by Blair and Brody. they're kinda hot. Brody is thoughtful and compassionate and showed far more interest in Blair and her stories than the "new man" in her life. I can't believe she said that!
August 12, 200817 yr Member I thought the show came back to life last week when they all got out of Mendorra. Personally, I like Tess and I think all the smirks and sneers she does is for the audience's benefit and not meant to make N&J look stupid. I have always LOVED the secret room, whether it was in 1985, 1993, or 1995! Having Tina there for this is soooo interesting because it was she who first discovered that room in 1985! As for 1968, I am enjoying the comedy aspects of it and I was a devoted Dark Shadows fan, so I love time travel and parallel universes! All in all, I am enjoying the show! Is this my Dale?
