Wouldn't work. Nina progressed to a great mature character, so she would't fit that description. Loved her and would like to see her angle with Jill & Kay. BUT Nina also means Cricket who is far from returning to GC. This would make a Nina comeback high risk because she would probably linked to all newbie-land or mis-written.

A Mac return however, YES! But NOOOOOOO to Eden Riegel, one of those Home Depot Emmy winners. Just don't like her.

To clarify my point about Colleen: She might be a mere prop in many scenes but when they really do give her something to act on, Colleen just looks foolish and unconvincing. Therefore they should either stick on using her as first name Crimson Lights waitress or better just ship her off and recast. B)

But back on topic:

Chloe, Jana and "Ambahh" ;) - love them interacting vice versa.

My verdict on that Victor story is still out: TGVN and tight black Ts plus that cheesy set-up à la Mexicana. I love and hate it at the same time. LOL!

My eyes are very relieved BTW that Josh Morrow has decided on keeping this un-pervert look and even finds a razor every now and then these days.

I'd rather they get rid of TS than keep her on this un-fulfilling recurring status. Sure, Tracey is on an un-fulfilling recurring status but she has more legs to this show than TS does so her scenes are more endearing. Whenever I see TS, I feel like she's interchangeable with any actress that HR can hire to be annoyed at Chloe and Amber. I'm trying to be optimistic and hoping to see TS in something meaty and interesting; that's why I'm hoping they give her something so that the past year when she was on doesn't feel like an absolute waste.

Always loved Eric in the tight t's LOL. Even when he's even more wrinkled with his belly hanging over his belt, he'll still look cool. B)

And someone should keep the gel etc. away from Joshua's eyesight, peripheral sight, hindsight...

I agree about EH as Chloe. She is being wasted acting opposite the boring Cane and Lily. VB is improving but from where she was that isn't saying much. She has good chemisty with CE (Adam) but is still very limited as an actress and can be out right laughable as the ADA. She does well opposite decent actors to prop her. Emily O'Brien can acts circles around Vail Bloom. EOB can play the drama or the quirky humor. She can also pull at the heartstrings. VB is better than Tammin but ranks close to CK.

I like Ashbash as Mac. She could be a bit unemotional but she gave the character gravity. I believed the girl had smarts and a heart. A nice combination of her idealistic father and her grandmother. Rachel Kimsey was not Mac at all. She was to sex kittenish and the mac and JT pairing was a total bore. Ashbash also had good chemistry with JC, JW, and GR as Kevin. Might be interesting to see how Mac coming back to work with Kevin would effect his relationship with Jena.

There's a huge difference between Tracey and Tammin. Tracey can actually act. These writers are wasting her talent and when I saw her at a signing a week and a half ago and mentioned I wanted to see more of Lauren, she said she wished they would use her more like they used to. She also felt that they would not be getting heavy into Michael's father story until late September due to actor vacations. Still when they do give her juicy material like PPD and Fen's kidnapping she always runs with it and steps up to the challenge. Tammin has yet to step up in any scene, and I actually feel embarrassed that she is so bad on a show with so many good actors. I don't get why she is still with the show.

Brad is better as a supporting character. Don Diamont was awful when lead during the Reliquary nonsense. I do wonder where he will go now. He has burned his bridges at Newmans and now probably with Jill. Can you see him working under Cane? Jack never liked Bradley, so I wonder how he will be involved in this Jabot storyline.

    • That makes sense. Rauch did like to play games, as shown with some of the antics with the Labines. We should make some screencaps.  I can imagine her not being thrilled by much of anything in 1996.
    • I believe he also turned out to be Doug Cassen's son. I could be wrong about that. Yeah, he doesn't get talked about much in the history books.
    • Cady McClain said the same thing with her hairdos - she switched it up so much because she was either unhappy or bored.  Kim must have been unhappy in 1996 because she has so many different short styles, it's wild (haha).
    • She definitely was trying new things with her hair and makeup in the 1986 scenes I saw so it tracks. Rauch wouldn't have been there, but it just strikes me as a conversation Rauch would have had with her with when he was at GL. Rauch loved to badmouth JC. So she put it in the book as if she had been told at the time. It's like how she has Michelle Forbes on GL years before she actually arrives or Ellen Wheeler firing people who had been fired yrs. before by Rauch or Conboy.
    •   From what actors have said, Y&R has been very busy taping the upcoming storyline, and that was up to and including the week of Diamont's party, and after.
    • Well, a good number of sets were up when I was there, but there was a limited number of people around. Even Y&R seemed dead, but maybe everyone was out for lunch at the time? I remember driving from the parking lot and preparing to enter the roadway when I saw Michelle Stafford and Christian LeBlanc returning from what I think was their lunch break. Not sure where they went or were coming from.
    • A scene I cannot wait to see. Julie Harris as Liliemae is the gift that keeps on giving; she's not outright evil, but frustrating, and in her own way, still pretty lovable.
    • Kim used to say that you can tell when she was unhappy because she would try weird or new things with her hair.  I don't think Rauch was at OLTL at the time Zimmer was but their producer at the time probably wasn't much of a peach either.
    • I wonder if less set use was preparing for the move. They probably were preparing for this for awhile now
    • The early part of the season is decent. After that, Season 9 is one of the worst seasons until season 13. Season 10 is a little worse.    That would have made sense, even if it cost us one of my favorite scenes (Ben putting Lilliemae in a headlock). That's an excellent storyline and leads to the show's last strong season finale.
