Catching up on the past two weeks of episodes. While I am happy that Andrew is being pushed towards someone who is not the battleaxe of Wendy, I hate that it is child-looking/acting Holly. He deserves better.

Also, I am so far liking nü Elle Robinson. Definitely a different vibe, but enough time has passed that it works. It is just a shame we got this right at the end.

@Skylover Thank you for posting those, and all your posts on Neighbours over the years.

Very glad to see Felix in the opening - forever my favorite of the revival's newbies. I hope he survives to the end and gets some kind of happy ending (and not with Holly!).

Damn, he really looks so much like JJ. Some of the best physical casting ever on a soap.

Damn, Colton's body is insane!

The doomed romance with Colton and Aaron was a revival highlight, in large part because they were allowed to wear Speedos and have a believable desire for each other. That's something almost no other soap has with men now - EE in particular can get painful with actors forcing themselves to awkwardly meet mouths.

How the opening should've been from the start... but the theme music is not it.

The theme music this time around has bothered me from the first day. To me Neighbours is a fun, bouncy theme. I don't understand that awful emo woe music that sounds like something off Myspace.

I agree about the theme. I'm sort of used to it now, but it sounds too autotuned to me and too cheesy.

No worries, I wish the show wasn't ending :( It feels like there's still life in it, so it sucks that it's ending.

We have had downtempo themes for Neighbours prior, but this one just fell... flat. They either should have had Bonnie Anderson re-record her version or brought on Delta Goodrem to do it.
