After Margo finds Emily in her house, the cat's out of the bag on Emily and Casey. What ensues is a nasty custody case between Emily and Tom over Daniel.

Also....in other news...

Lily and Holden orchestrate a date between Mike's boss Neal and Carly. When Carly learns Lily and Holden were behind it, she's less than happy.

Does Emily still even have shared custody of Daniel after her last debacle with Paul? I doubt it. Anyway with Emily's track record can't be that hard for Tom and Margo to get custody of Daniel. Daniel certainly wouldn't chose Emily. The reason he went to boarding school was to get away from her crazy ass.

And this? Is why I didn't want Emily involved with Casey. I mean a younger guy, fine. But her son's brother? She honestly isn't that stupid, she HAS to know that wouldn't end well.

I'd like to know how ATWT intends to wage a custody battle for a child who has been off-screen for months.

I'm pretty sure he's back now.

I also thought Tom had full custody - so I'm not sure what the purpose of another custody battle is unless JP just feels she's hasn't screwed over Emily enough in the past 2 years.
