LOL. Kelly would do nothing more than an episode every two years, basically. Nothing substantial or long-term. I say recast Hayley and bring back Olivia Birkelund (Arlene), too.

I am excited that Beth is joining as Liza and not Hayley. Liza has a lot less strings for a sucesful comeback, and has a lot more conections to current canvas.

If AMC insists on recasting Liza I think Catherine Hickland would be the best recast, since OLTL is wasting her. Although her being Michael E. Knights ex wife and being on AMC's sister show most likely would rule her out.

As much as I love Marcy, we all know she is never coming back. Kelly on the other hand would love to come home, and just has never been called.

I think they can work that out becase MEK and CH are still friends, despite the divorce. It is not like John Callahan and Eva LaRue where they had difficult being in scenes together (I have a feeling their divorce was a bit more bitter)

After taking a "vacation" from GUIDING LIGHT to job-hunt, insiders tell Weekly that Beth Ehlers (Harley) has landed a role on ALL MY CHILDREN. At press time for the issue of Weekly on sale this weekend, several sources reported she would be playing Liza Colby and start airing this summer in a love triangle with former GL spouse Ricky Paull Goldin (ex-Gus; now Jake) and Michael E. Knight (Tad). However, this week it appears AMC has another character in mind for Ehlers.

I think she should play Silver Kane or Goldie Kane, even though I think both are dead.

Let her play a new character. She's better of not playing a recast like Hayley or Liza.
