Wow! Was it just me or was that a fantastic episode? This story is finally picking up and Hunter Tylo is doing an excellent job with Taylor's decent into madness. Brooke is enough to drive anyone crazy and seeing her stand there like she was so innocent made me want to vomit. It's also refreshing to see that Jackie actually wants her son with Nick for whatever reason.

My only complaint is that Bridget isn't more involved in this story considering she was Taylor's doctor. Where the hell did Carl go as well?

You just reminded me that Ronn Moss has been an extra for months now. I wonder what is going on with that? We don't even get to see him and Brooke in lovey-dovey scenes anymore. But I do disagree with you. I think Hunter Tylo, Jennifer Garies and Katherine Kelly Lang are all fabulous. I think this could be KKL's year for the Emmys. Even Ronn Moss has improved, IMO. He did great work during the Shane trial. It's a shame that softer side and his defending Rick wasn't followed up on. His character could use a new direction and a heavy dose of growth. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the growth will be a reunion with SpermPig! :D

I'm sorry, I laughed at HT today. It's just bad....obviously Taylor is back on the sauce, suffering some kind of breakdown or post-partum depression. The thing that knocked me off my chair was her accusing Bridget of conspiring with Brooke to engineer the egg switch. I've hated the entire story from the moment Brooke out of the blue decided to see if she could give Nick the child he wanted to force a reconciliation after Sydney. I wish they'd just junk it, rewrite history and move on to something fresh.

JG is just downright painful to watch. IMHO. however...

HT i like. i don think shes amazing but shes always been alright and still is, but i just dont feel for her. and taylor is a role that IMHO for you to like you have to feel for her because she is sooo pathtic and weak.

KKL... humm.. shes okay. shes decent.. there are much worse, but also much much much better (as obvious if you watch clips of CH or SF in the role of brooke). But again, i just dont feel anything for brooke no matter how hard the writers try and i do find that all falls on the part of KKL. as for the emmy, i wouldnt be surprised. all it takes is a few good episodes. i mean Natalia L. from GH won...

b ut back to B&B... i wanna see more katie. and thorne. and felicia!

and can bridgett find a man? please?

From what Victoria Rowell said about the Emmy system, I don't think KKL has a chance for lead actress. However, she really should submit herself for supporting actress as she really does support all the other actors and their storylines on this show.

I LOVE that Donna told Eric she's a sex addict. That was so campy and perfect. Stephenie's reaction was great too.

I really hate that Taylor is losing it like this. I'm completely on her side right now. Nick just refuses to stay away from Brooke even though he knows how it makes his wife feel.

I felt so bad for Taylor. Brooke has been annoying and how can she not realize that her presence is making it worse? Jackie too and I cant beleve she's pushign Brooke on Nick. Although I wouldnt mind that bc I want a couple swap here with Ridge with Taylor and Nick with Brooke

Oh and I cant beleive Brooke kidnapped the baby. She doesnt even have a car seat! Thats so dangerous and what she just did was more irresponsible and harmful than Taylor.

      I totally understand your sloths concern about it and I agree with you. Let’s hope the show plays it’s cards right.    Further comments about the last few episodes: - I liked that one of the attendees was filming the scene. That’s realistic. I wonder if the writers will follow up with that.  - Martin and Smitty trying to drag Leslie out was very heteronormative, so perfectly in line with them two as characters lol.    As for the future: it’s obvious the Duprees will come to accept Eva one way or another, but the rivalry with Kay should be here for the long term   On the topic of acting: the only bad actors I’m seeing are Ted and Derek. Tomas hasn’t proven to be either good or bad, so far, but he’s certainly mediocre and uncharismatic. He sucks the energy out of the scenes and I don’t see any couple of women ever vying for him.

      I’m trying to think which actors VW were working with at the time, and none of them had been there for a while. Even like Mac and Ada didn’t have that big of a part in Rachel’s storyline.  And Jamie was involved with all that movie stuff.

      Brooke did ads before ATWT too. That probably helped get her the job. After ATWT she seemed to branch more into hosting, along with ads.  I think I saw Kelley in an ad or two, but you're right she wasn't on as much.

        Thanks for sharing these. I wonder if Charles might have been in the running for Adam. I know Preacher was a bit of a bad boy at times on EON, but Neal seemed to be a step down, and Robert Lupone had played a similar part on AMC. Given the huge cast turnover at this point I wonder who thought they had been there long enough to go.  Laura Malone/Chris Rich would get a remote within the next year.

      Under all of Madonna's social media today there is this wave of negative, toxic, absurd comments by Lady Gaga fans telling her how Gaga surpassed her in concert in Copacabana. I mean... Who the hell cares? Why are these fan communities so freaking toxic??? I'm sure Madonna doesn't care... But still. Have some respect for M. Leave her social media alone. Go cheer Gaga and be happy.       FYI, again, Ruth/Letitia is not in either of these 2 episodes. So that concludes the 4 episodes I had from Nov. 1983. I don't have the October episodes.

      Eddie has begun uploading the 1990 episodes. I'm so happy about that. I was mindfully taking a break till there's plenty of episodes I can binge watch when I feel like it. Now that 1989 is complete... I can't wait to press play on February 1989 and resume where I left off.
