Loved seeing Nora turn around to look at all the empty chairs behind her, and then ask the flunkie beside her how she ever got elected.

Everybody's on the other side of the courtroom supporting Lindsay.

The subtle humor is a nice touch on OLTL if you can catch it. Like the other day when Rex and Adriana were talking about Gigi, and Adriana said something like "I don't care if her name is Gigi, Mimi, Fifi, she...." :P

OLTL is certainly on the upswing these days. :)

Farah Fath has been a wonderful addition to OLTL's 20's set. I hated when news broke that she joined, but one thing ABC does well is utilize their acting coaches. There have been some really horrible people who have joined (or were bad on other shows) and improved thanks to their coaches.

Farah works well with her scene partners and interacts very well with Erika Slezak. To me, if you can have scenes with Erika and hold your own, you're not that bad. I think she's happy at ABC and is showing that happiness by doing a good job.

Dorian would never miss a chance to pick at Nora... I just love each scene with her. I love seeing Addie too, and they should probably use R.J. more. The Texas thing is slowly coming to an end, and it's really interesting. Can't wait to see more! :)

I loved today's show. Don't think there was a thing that I didn't like or wanted to throw something at the tv, not even Marcie.

Enjoyed the scenes between Viki and Moe, and I got a kick out of Moe telling her she was basically nuts for not going with Charlie (which I totally agree). And when he called her and Charlie a jackass, I nearly fell out of my chair. That was great.

Loved, loved, loved the scenes between Addie, Blair and Dorian. And I guess I better enjoy Dorian while I can because it seems I am not going to be liking her much when she starts to mess with Viki and Charlie.

I really enjoy Nora when she's in the courtroom and it was very funny that she had no one on her side and Lindsay had all these supporters. The confrontation between Nora and Dorian was great and I would love to see more of that.

Ramsey is a jackass.

I can't believe Todd did to Gigi what Marcie did to him. He is handling this all wrong, but isn't that Todd.

Best soap on t.v right now, bar none. Its so simple if you think about it too? Ron is going with what he knows.... the veteran characters, drama, humor and above all, balance of story.

How many characters were on today? Just think about that. I think I am going to have to watch OLTL more often. Keep it up Ron :)

Thanks for the count of characters...22, really?? WOW that is incredible.

Todays' show was just amazing!!! NOT only was it fast paced but it just flowed so well through all of the characters and storylines!

The near misses with Viki/Marcie/John/Michael were great.

Nora, "back the hell off DORIAN!" was almost as good as "How did I get elected?" Very funny lines for those particular moments.

Addie sporting the "FREE LINDSAY" shirt was also comical.

IMO, Farah Fath is owning this role as a single mother, I just love her Gigi character.

SO many Cliffhangers for tomorrow:

Courtroom drama with Lindsay!

Marcie at Gigi's door with Todd/Ramsey waiting!

Michael and John hot on Gigi/Marcie's trail!

Everyone so close to discovering Viki's real status!

Yep, here's the list:

Dorian, Blair, Addie, Viki, Moe, Jared, Charlie, Michael, John, Marcie, Tommy, Gigi, Todd, Ramsey, Bo, RJ, Nora, Lindsay, Noelle, Shane, Judge Shriver, Lindsay's lawyer (who we have seen before and whose name escapes me at the moment), and several extras were all on today.

And I agree....so many cliffhangers, and today wasn't even Friday!

OLTL has been rockin' it lately. :)

Sorry Ryan, I am a regular watcher, have been for more than a decade, or I was until recently. You know, I don't pretend to be an expert on soap operas or soap writers. I could really care less about the artistic quality or the creativity in script writing. To me this show is boring and it is the same stories that I saw five years ago. I also have to question if there is any character on OLTL anymore who is not approaching retirement age. As far as 22, 24 or 26 characters being shown a day. I don't care. There are three stories. That is it.

You bring up a good point. Now soap can keep its top characters on everyday. From time to time, you have to bring in the back-up cast to give you a breather now and then. And that's what Monday's show was. No one really cares about Vincent, Layla, Shaun, and some of the others...but it filled up the episode, and gave the others a break. And they more than made up for that break with today's show IMO.

I'm afraid I have to respectfully disagree with you. I have been a regular OLTL viewer for nearly all my 28 years, and I don't think the show is boring right now. Sure some of the stories have been recycled from the past, but the cast is making them work. And I really enjoy seeing more of all the veteran cast members lately. As for the retirement age thing, just look at Alice on DAYS, or Palmer, Opal, and Myrtle on AMC for example. Granted they're not on as much as they used to be, but they're still hanging in there. I like the creativity and artistic quality. I like the subtle humor, and the inside jokes. I like the lightened mood the show has had lately. I understand where you are coming from, but to me anyway the show is anything but boring. But that's just my two cents though.

    • I feel like Vernon and Anita need to not be hypocrites and try and take the heat off Bill in this case. It's clear that the family used him as a fixer and especially knowing he helped with Martin's situation, they need to either be quiet or support him. BTW...with Vanessa being in the hospital for food poisoning, am I the only one who thought Shanice was gonna say she's pregnant or had an STD? The only reason I say STD is because she hasn't had any memorable sex partners, but I definitely don't believe she just had food poisoning.
    • Yeah, I mean I know that the name still pertains. I just laugh at it not now being called Arizona Dust, but, I admit it simply does not have the same ring to it. Above, that is interesting that Arizona had already come up before the crisis.
    • Leslie and her family are from Chicago? Anita's background also includes being a former Chi-Town native? Might they connect this and go somewhere with it?
    • Honestly who's to say Leslie even birthed Eva, I mean she's a liar, I wouldn't believe a word she says about Eva being Ted's(or hers)
    •   1. 11/1/83 cast/set list:

Please register in order to view this content

The "11/2/83" video you posted of Ruth Buzzi's scenes includes Roman and Hope in them, meaning the video you posted is actually 11/1/83, since Roman and Hope aren't in 11/2/83.   2. The video you posted of "11/2/83" has scenes with Roman and Hope. As you can see from my cast/set list, Roman and Hope are not in the 11/2/83 episode (see above note):   4573...11/2/83: Cast: Mickey, Julie, Doug, Maggie, Neil, Don, Marie, Alex, Liz, Andre as Tony, Gwen, Chris, Eugene, Sandy, Letitia, Charlene, Mrs. Whiting, Wanda/Guard, Dave, Delia, Saleslady # 1, Saleslady # 2, Figure in Dark, Raven/animal, Cats/animals, Birds/animals.   2.  11/3/83 :My video collection starts with 11/4/83. so I don't have the 11/1/83 or 11/3/83 video, but in addition to the cast/set list for 11/3/83, here is also the parking clearance call sheet for that day, showing Ruth was not only in the cast/set list but did work that day:     They even had hired the animal trainer and all the animals for the day, so It's sort of a certainty that her scenes were not cut that day, or it would have been a big waste of the budget. 3. As for 11/7/83, I just fast-forwarded through that whole episode myself. Letitia is in it from start to finish. It's her big final episode where she is killed. She starts the episode saying "Eugene, are you there?" In the next act, Marlena shows up and meets Letitia's lion. Later in the episode, Letitia is killed by "Eugene" (the Salem Slasher in a Eugene mask).   So, as we can see from your own post, the 11/2/83 date you have listed on that video is incorrect, since Hope and Roman are in that video but not in the 11/2/83 episode. It seems the dates you have on all your early November 1983 episodes are incorrect.   When you post videos and suggest that my data is incorrect, do you not first compare who is in the scenes and see if that matches who is in the episode? You didn't do that with the "11/2/83" episode, which based on Roman and Hope being in it means that is actually 11/1/83. Best to do something like that first before suggesting my data and research is incorrect.
    • Within the Dupree family, I predict Vernon/Anita will be conflicted about what to do about Bill and his role in the whole Ted/Silk Press Sheila situation... especially since Bill knows where the particular bone about Martin is buried. Dani, Chelsea, and Naomi's reactions to what Bill possibly did isn't hard to guess.. but Hayley's reactions will be interesting to hear.  Especially given her recent pregnancy scare.. she might not be so much on Bill's side, or she'll totally surprise us and be totally on Bill's side.   Either way, I think Martin's secret will be the main focus in May sweeps.. with the fall out of the Eva secret playing out in the background... while the Joey/Vanessa/Doug thing continues to boil/develop.
    • Hotel was The Love Boat on land but a little soapier. I will forever maintain that Hotel was a time slot hit. I don't believe that 1983/84 Hotel was a better show than Knots Landing.
