Members ljacks13
CBS DAYTIME GETS INTO THE SPIRIT DURING DECEMBER WITH HOLIDAY-THEMED EPISODES ON ALL FOUR DAYTIME DRAMAS "THE PRICE IS RIGHT" CELEBRATES A WEEK OF ORIGINAL HOLIDAY EPISODES, AND A NEW RECORD FOR PLINKO WINNINGS IS SET The CBS Daytime schedule will celebrate the season with holiday-themed episodes in December on THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL, AS THE WORLD TURNS, GUIDING LIGHT and THE PRICE IS RIGHT. On THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, as a snowstorm strands the residents of Genoa City with unlikely partners, David surprises Nikki with an unexpected proposal. Victor turns the tables on Nikki and Kay, and Sharon makes a decision about her future with Jack, who gets a surprise visit from his sister, Ashley. On THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL, Christmas is a time for soul searching for Stephanie, while Eric tries to bring his family together for the holiday. The day is complete when Brooke arrives, ready to forgive Stephanie for her part in putting Brooke's father in prison and the Forrester family happily reunites. On AS THE WORLD TURNS, Gwen and Will receive the ultimate Christmas present in the form of their new daughter. The Hughes family gathers to celebrate the holiday in Bob's hospital room and pray for a Christmas miracle, while Jack isn't feeling goodwill towards man when he warns Sam to stay away from his family. And in a special episode, a turn of the 20th Century dollhouse comes to life and depicts the residents of Oakdale in situations that may or may not be reminiscent of their own. On GUIDING LIGHT, Will finds a way to trap last-minute shoppers in the mall so that he can have his mother, Cassie, all to himself. While stuck there, Josh and Reva share a holiday tradition and end up closer together. Olivia kisses Gus, and Beth goes into labor, with Alan at her side. THE PRICE IS RIGHT gets into the festive spirit and is decorated for the holidays with Christmas-themed showcases Dec. 18-21, Dec. 24-25 and a new record for Plinko winnings is set. http://www.cbspressexpress.com/div.php/cbs...elease?id=17428

Members sheilaforever
Y&R sounds wonderful, yet another ice storm. Yawn! B&B on the otherhand could deliver some nice Xmas shows however. I just wonder how the murder mystery will fit into this. Will the story be done before Xmas? I hope not! Members Sonja Witthaus
I am very happy that CBS is showing a classic episode of Y&R from 1995 on Christmas Day. Because I have never saw that one. I was not watching then.
Members Y&RWorldTurner
I'll be sure to tape that, remember when Y&R X-Mas episodes were well done and classy? A X-Mas episode from 1995 will be the best Y&R episode of 2007!
Members Khan
Let's just pray the snowstorm has more of an impact than "Out of the Ashes." Unless, of course, this is still LML's writing. If that's the case, then, we're screwed, lol. And then, Bridget wakes up and realizes that, alas, it was all just a dream. What the -- !? On second thought, maybe I'm the one who's dreaming.
Members Cat
Woah, I haven't watched GL in months. So what's happening with Will and Cassie? Could somebody explain what I'm missing here because that spoiler sounds beyond random.
Members sheilaforever
Oh, a Y&R classic - are they for real? This probably the Newman heavy Xmas show from 1995 - after Nick was released from jail for allegedly shooting Eddie Cibrian in a worst actors duel. Members Chris B
Where do you guys see a Y&R classic? I definitely would tune in for that!
Members Cat
LOL, duelling for Worst Actor, maybe. But Eddie Cibrian wins for Best Butt.

Members stenbeck212
That is just crap with a capital C. Of course the P&G shows won't get a classic episode airing, because then we'd realize that they've become the worst shows of CBS daytime. And just look at these descriptions, giving no hint of the 50+ years they've been around and everything they achieved in that time:
Members Evan
B&B: Another fake Brooke/Stephanie reconciliation? I love it, I'm a sucker for those emotional Susan Flannery/KKL scenes.
