Members stenbeck212
I swear, this is all the media knows how to do anymore. When all else fails, put out a list!
Members Andrew
Jack Wagner and Greg Rikaart, way to high. Suzanne Rogers should be high.
Members Cheap21
I think they are judging him based on his past namely ATWT. OLTL just happens to be his current place of employment

Members MichaelGL
This list is one hot mess. Burton, Rikkart, Stafford, and Jack Wagner? WTF are they doing on the list and so high?
Members Faulkner
Speaking of which, where is Mr. LeBlanc? I've been underwhelmed by some of his recent work, but clearly he's one of the best actors on Y&R. Better than Rikaart, who is very good, but not top 30 by any means. Hillary B. Smith should be in there; Justin Deas should be top 10, as should Nancy Lee Grahn. And I'd trade Bob Woods for Trevor St. John anyday.
Members Graciecat
The one thing I am thrilled about is that Maurice Benard did not make the list. That sounds really mean, but I feel like all I ever read in SOD is either Carolyn Hinsey salivating over him, or new actors saying that all they want is too work with him. I consider Mo a decent actor when he works at it, but that has been pretty rare in the last couple of years. His exclusion from the list makes it seem that at least someone in the biz thinks he's overrated.
Members Quent
If Steve Burton and Jack Wagner are among the top 30 actors in daytime, why not just throw in Ronn Moss and Drake Hogestyn and make it a total joke.
Members Skin
I have a problem with McClain being higher then Nancy. What the hell!
Members NYC123
Wheres Susan Lucci? They must have picked it our of random.
Members Y&RWorldTurner
Lucci might be rightfully famous, but on a technical scale, her acting abilities are very limited. She does her best with the material given, but she's doesn't have, say Julia Barr's range.
Members Graciecat
Lucci has great presence, and an awful lot of charisma. But I don't think she was ever considered a great thespian. I adore her, but I don't think she should be on the list (although she certainly deserves a place more than, say, Steve Burton does). Frankly, I don't much think that anyone should be higher than Nancy. I consider her the greatest actress in daytime. However, since 27 people are, McClain is actually one I object to less than I do most. I think she has displayed considerable range over the years. She proved to be quite adept at comedy and drama on AMC, and her dramatic switch from Dixie to Rosanna impressed me very much. Not many actors, after years of playing one legendary character, could switch to such a completely different character so sucessfuly. Stephen Nichols is the master of that, but Cady did a pretty darn good job.
Members All My Shadows
Sweetheart, I'm sure acting abilities and range had nothing to do with the composition of this list lol
Members Y&RWorldTurner
LOL! I do realize that, but as much as Lucci is lauded and is the most recognizable soap star, I'd never put her on an elite list of overall soap actors. Hell, a lot of this ludicrous list wouldn't even be on my all-time list.
Members All My Shadows
I get ya. I love her to death, but she's not the very best. She's what made me realize the difference between "my favorite" something and "the best something" lol
