Well...speaking from experience I have to say that I have witnessed Victoria Rowell in 'action' and I wouldn't doubt that she could be very difficult to work with. It was at a charity fund raiser...Victoria basically acted very 'superior' to everyone else in the room (a room filled with people who aren't used to being anything but the best) and while I didn't speak to her the table she was seated at was directly behind mine. Basiclly, Victoria conducted herself with this odd mix of superiority and politeness...I'm wondering if perhaps she just didn't feel a bit out of her element and was a touch defensive. I won't ever really know.

Listen, she's obviously a talented woman and a huge asset to Y&R...but RuAsRuAnAu I have to tell you: a peach she ain't. I can see how her attitude would be off putting...sort of a lack of a sense of humor.

Don't get me wrong. I love Victoria Rowell. But I either laugh or have the urge to tear my hair out whenever the "J" word turns up.

Does anyone recall the details of Jordan Clarke's (Billy GL) arrest for cocaine possesssion?

Did it result in his dismissal?

Was Geoffrey Scott cast in the role because of that incident?

Whem Marcy Walker (Eden SB) and Michael E Knight (Tad AMC) both renewed their contracts with NBC and ABC respectively,their spouses at the time -Billy Warlock and Catherine Hickland,both popped up on sister soaps at the same networks.

RuAsRuAnAu, I do agree with you on K*la B**f. I've never bought that she was ErikaKane4Life because she had nothing to gain from that. Why create the controversy when she was already speaking her mind under her real name at WoST? She also had two soap jobs which the ErikaKane person helped her lose. Say it was [!@#$%^&*], wouldn't she have dropped ErikaKane after that drama lost her the job at DAYS? It makes no sense really.

I enjoyed her work on Y&R and I still hope that she gets her shot at soaps. I read an outline of a fantastic story she had planned for the DiMera's at DAYS and it knocks anything Hogan did out of the water. For all those sick of the fued being all about Sami and EJ, I don't even recall them being mentioned. Actually, this story would've began long before the fued, so it would've just been one good story on top of whatever she'd do with the Anna, Tony and Stefano returns. I also read her radically different take on Daniel's porn addiction (which was her idea) at Y&R. In the story I read he actually had a legitimate reason and it involved the entire family in a very character driven way.

Of course my source could be blowing smoke up my ass, but the stuff she told me was so detailed that I tend to believe. Plus, it's not like she has spread these stories all over the net to restart the drama. If what I read was truly from the mind of [!@#$%^&*], she'd be a godsend to any soap on air. My first choice would be ATWT, which I think she'd have a legitimate shot at revamping and seeing positive results.
