I don't quite understand the logic of killing off this character unless the show is trying to write the entire family out. I say bring Natalia on DAYS as Sara Horton, and pair her with EJ! :)

    Contracts do nothing but protect the show. It locks the actor at a certain salary as well as keep them from leaving the show before the execs are ready for them to.

    Natalia was rumored to be exiting the show anyway, but she freaked when the news got out via the GH Fan Club President. She signed a one year deal a few months ago.

    To me, it's not such a big crime. Emily's not a real Quartermaine to me anyway....not since Natalia took over.

    No! They don't have to kill Emily. She can be attacked and disfigured and lo and behold, a better actress appears! What is Lauren Woodland up to these days?

    If truly off GH, I hope DAYS does grab her up. I agree that she'd make a great Sarah Horton and I think she'd be good with EJ. Great idea Goldylicious.

    Thanks Mulder. I think Sara Horton is needed on the show, and really, Natalia isn't that a bad an actress, the problem was she was given too much airtime too quickly. I think Natalia and James Scott would look great together!

    I can't stand the actress so I'm not sad to see her go.

    I am shocked though. They did seem to be positioning her and the show's next big heroine, well before they stopped giving her airtime.

    I kinda feel sorry for NL, she's been duped by JFP and the show.

    I'd rather see Liz killed off though,,,,she's getting on my last nerve these days.

    I agree. The Hortons need to be represented and I agree wholeheartedly with you about Natalia.

    I agree with you 2. I cannot stand Elizabeth any more, and that saddens and angers me, since Elizabeth once was one of my faves on the show. I say kill Elizabeth off and move Rebecca Herbst to ONE LIFE as a Nu Kelly Cramer and bring her on with Dan Gauthier, who's very well needed on ONE LIFE as Kevin Riley Buchanan.

    I found this on another board:

    Emily actually pimps Liason to Jason a couple of times over the next few weeks. Tells him that now that LL2 are finished he should go for it. Tells him that she regrets the time that she and Nik spent apart. Tells him that was caused by her fears. Tells him how grateful she is that she is with him now, that even though he obviously has some problems right now, she wants to be with him, wants to support him.

    Then she dies, and it appears that Nik killed her. (Was she right? in what she said to Jason) Do her words convince Jason to go for Liz or do they convince him, more than ever, to back-off? Liason might grieve together but this event will not bring them together because Emily, who was so sure it was right to pursue love at any costs, paid the ultimate price(or so everyone thinks).

    The body is Amelia. Nik will think it is Emily, Jason will think it is Sam, but it will be Amelia.
