Donald dispatched Ivo in 2 tiebreaks. Ivo's missiles didn't deter Young today. No breaks of serve from either.

Donald Young has become a giant killer, of sorts.

Yeah, that loss to Mahut was rough. I do think Mahut can be underestimated, though.

Nishikori is melting down in Rio as we speak. Smashed his racquet and got a code violation, which I've never seen him do before.

As dodgy as Mahut can be, when you're playing a French player in France, they all usually want to play well, so you can't take a win for granted against even the lowest ranked Frenchmen.

So far, this has not been the best South American swing for Kei. He's probably pissed that he didn't play Memphis this year, that's Kei's 'gimme' tournament.

Wow. Well, I guess Kei now has time to see the sights he missed during the Olympics.

Bellucci definitely benefited from being Brazilian playing before a home crowd (the audience was cheering Kei's faults), but Kei just seemed... off. Half-hearted. Sad to see.

Paul Annacone doesn't understand why Kei didn't play Memphis. He thinks it was a mistake for him to play in Brazil.

David Ferrer also lost to Dolgoplov.  Dolgoplov sure has picked up his game.

Tommy Haas won the first against runner up Balishivilli but is suffer injury wise again. He needs to just retire. He has been out of the tour too long and is going to hit 40 soon.

Looks like Delray Beach is being rained out today.

As long as I get some Thiem and Borna tonight I'll be good...LOL.
