Honestly, why recast a character that's universally hated by a few fanbases with a new actress? It sounds like a recipe for disaster.

I love you Alvin!!! I totally flove Lauren Woodland, however this may be the time that they hire EHP. Frons has been trying to get her placed on another soap (and the View) since PC was canceled. Erin originally tried out for the role, but they chose Alexa instead.

I would love it if Lauren joined the show, but I have a feeling they'll go for EHP. I doubt they'll sign a newbie, especially since they just recasted Greenlee with a newbie to the daytime arena.

Good God, just let the character go! I'm sure AMC is angling to make Babe Kendall's BFF instead of Greenlee...Kendall is too good for either of them! The REAL Kendall wouldn't even speak to Babe!

I really dont see the appeal of EHP. She doesnt impress me at all. I'd rather see Lauren get it. I enjoyed her on Y&R.

That's true but then again the real Kendell wouldn't have done alot of stuff. The real Kendell wouldn't have been Greenlee's best friend, the real Kendell wouldn't have helped Rylee, the real Kendell wouldn't have gotten married to Zach as a business arrangement, the real Kendell would have gone back to Ethan because she loved him, Real Kendell wouldn't have gone after Ethan's daddy, ect.

I could surely see Heather Tom (OLTL, YR) in that role. She is only a couple of years older than Jacob Young.

It's not like that would matter. Heather could play Babe....whoever OLTL recasts as Kelly would then face off with Heather if they ever crossed over again.

No, Babe would be played by the women who stole Babe's baby who Babe then stole back. Heather Tom is too old to play Babe IMO.

Babe and Kelly actually did have a talk about Ace/Baby James/ Little Adam back in Dec. 2004 I think on OLTL.

Real Kendell wouldn't have gone after Ethan's daddy

Kendall didn't go after Ethan's daddy.( I really don't even consider Zach and Ethan father & son...Zach's sons are Spike and Ian as far as I am personally concerned) Kendall and Zach fall in love slowly with each other. ..they didn't plan on falling for each other. Sorry a little defensive. LOL

Anyway, if Babe has to be recasted, I would love to see EHP get the role!

I liked Jessica Morris as Jen. She was such a bitch but she had a heart underneath all that stuck up primadonna attitude.

I agree. I hated Jen at first, but I did grow to really like her, then ONE LIFE went and killed her off, I think that was more of Dena Higley's crap, wasn't it?

Alicia Leigh Willis can act. Farah Fath can act, about half the time, lol. Fath definitely isn't Babe material IMHO. Alicia Leigh Willis maybe.

Jamie most definitely needs to be re-cast. He's by far more needed than Babe, whom I think ran her course long ago. If Erin Hershey Presley were to get Babe, then why not Brian Presley(ex-Jack Ramsey, PC) as Jamie?

Erin Hershey Presley is a very good actress. She was one of the bright spots of PORT CHARLES, not counting the original GH characters. But I do agree, I'd prefer axing Babe and her fellow ho mom, Krystal.

I really think Lauren Woodland and Erin Hershey Presley are the best bets. I agree with Ryan, that Erin Presley will likely get it.
