GH: WHY THE HELL should Skye be loyal to the Q's?!!!

That bastard Edward SOLD HER AT BIRTH. Nobody attempted to free her from prison. The Qs can rot with Alan's corpse for all i care! Alan's love for Skye dies with him and nobody else gives a [!@#$%^&*] about her so they can go eff themselves!

The Alcazars are a family now :) Oxford educated Lorenzo who will hopefully jack in his life of crime and become a historian, beautiful and classy Skye who should definatly get back into some high powered job and little Lila Rae, the namesake of the only truly decent Q there ever was. Skye doesnt NEED THEM.

She's not a Q by blood, but Alan adopted her out of love. I'm so disappointed by what's coming up. It doesn't really matter to me that Skey will be leaving the other Q's behind, but I liked that Edward loved her and Lila Rae and I wish the show wouldn't wreck that. But this is GH so things have to get ugly.

Because despite it all, Alan choose to love and honor her rageddy azz as a daughter when he didn't have to and this is how she repays him. Because he let her live up in his house like some damned princess when she does nothing all day with no job and occupation but she gets to spout off at the mouth to anyone and everyone, like they are her family. Because when she was running away from "Loooooooreeeeeennnnnnzzoooooo" he worried himself sick about her and her safety, and she repays that love by loyalty to the man that only knocked her up on the fly held her hostage with armed guards. No matter whatever happened with her and the Quartermaines, she owed HIM at the very least not to send him into the lion's den.

Funny how she'll claim Quartermaine when it counts, like jacking a name for her daughter that she had no entitlement to, something that should have gone to one of Edward and Lila's true family. Someone who wouldn't turn their back on them over a roll in the hay.

I'm just mad that Skye's a Quatermaine at all -- DAMN YO MEGAN MCTRASH!!

Skye is a Chandler from All My Children.

But when JFP brought McTavish on to OLTL, she rewrote history so Skye could be Rae Cummings' (love that last name) daughter.

Then when JFP brought McTavish on to GH, she re-wrote history some more to make Skye Rae and Alan's daughter.

Notice a trend here? McTavish LOVES to "long lost relative" a show to its death!

I remember when Bob Guza came back, Helena said something along the lines of "It seems, since everyone in Port Charles suddenly has a sister these days, I decided to become a silent sister" when Luke discovered she was posing as a nun.

    • I wouldn't call Tomas' cuts a modern cut. They appear to be a slim/extreme slim cut⏤cut slimmer down the sides, with a higher armhole, which pulls up/out, depending on the fit of the person's body. Again, I feel like Ms Featherstone is buying to fit the wrong parts of the body; instead of buying to fit their widest parts (shoulders), she's buying things to fit their middle/waist (which is the easiest to ultimately fix without a complete re-cut), and it shows in the finished product. And the only reason it irks me is because I worked in suit sales for nearly ten years, and I notice these things immediately. The fashion(s) on this soap are miles ahead of three of the four others (I like the fashions from Y&R), but the tailoring is a choice, especially where the men are concerned.
    • There probably would have been a good chance they knew of him, especially with his ties to Spaulding and his being involved in so much scandal (meaning there would be plenty of photos and articles around they both would have seen), but I agree the mask was silly, clearly just a TV moment.

    • I think all the suits are fit too tight, except for Jon Lindstrom's. DC lawyers/doctors are not all LA fashion elites. Yes, maybe Tomas would have a more modern cut to his suit, but an established guy like Bill wouldn't go around looking like that lonely button on his jacket was ready to explode constantly.
    • I do think there's room for optimism, especially with Amazon making enough new episodes to last until December. There's still time for the various players to get their ducks in a row. Guess we'll know soon enough!
    • I do agree it's better to just have people pop back into town. I never understood why Roger needed a mask on an island, when neither Fletcher or Alex would've known who he was. And the vine...sigh. Couldn't he have just been sent crashing through a window or something?
    • When the announcement was first made, I did wonder if other plans were in the works. I guess we can always keep hoping, especially as the show has a small core cast.
    • @chrismlAbout Lisa, agree to disagree. Actually at the time she was the only thing my partner & I disagreed about. Naturally she was Team Vicky while I was steadfast as Team Lisa.  About John & twin paternity, I think that like the 3 pillows was a transitory idea someone had that no one else agreed with. More of the attempt to accommodate Philece. About MJ, co-sign, 100% agree, if there were more degrees I would claim them. About Wally & Felicia, always a fan. Mitch? Eh, take or leave. Although I do agree that WGE is a really striking man. Who have I left out? I don't know so that's all I got.

    • Dallas peaked early, IMO. Maybe not a fair statement as I’m still making my way through the first half of its run, but I think it’s hard to argue to point that S3 into S4 was its high point. Back to Knots. Wrapping up “And Never Brought to Mind.” Greg’s introduction kinda took me by surprise. I low-key dreaded his arrival bc I know he very quickly gets to the center of the show, but even though they wasted no time connecting him with Mac, Abby, Gary, and Karen, it still feels like a gradual intro. The juxtaposition of the ending of the Chip story with the heating up Abby’s plotting is quite symbolic of the changes the show was going through. I absolutely cannot imagine Kenny and Ginger having any part in any of this. Yall, the Gary/Val piano theme that they pull out from time to time is my FAVORITE. I find myself humming it constantly.
