Ok, JSF, you have GOT to get over your "Wildwind" rant.

Wildwind is like 90's classic AMC. Wildwind is an estate - a mansion. Its a 90's AMC icon.

You can't hate on the name...and as a newer fan, you can't appreciate the name or it's place in AMC history.

So GET OVER THAT :)

I can try to appreciate the mansion's place in the show's history, but I do wish they wouldn't say the name of the house in almost every breath. (It seems that way, anyhow). Why can't they, like normal people, say "Meet you back at the house?" or, "Annie and Emma are going to move in with us!" I just take a moral opposition to flaunting "Wildwind" as if they're pompous about it. "Ooh, we live in a huge mansion with a name, Wildwind, and YOU DON'T!!! HAHAHAH HAHHAHAH HAHHAHH." I know they're NOT saying it like that, but in the back of my mind, that's what I hear.

I can't help it.

who is Susie and when did he sleep with her? I wasnt watching AMC for a bit during the fall so most likely missed this. Oh and my comments werent strictly about what Babe did; it was also about Krystal which Babe used that line to justify her mother's actions

bc normal people dont live in a damn castle! lol When they say Wildwind, EVERYone knows what they are talking about. Like alwaysAMC said, its a classic, just like on OLTL they always refer to Viki's house as Llanfair and Dorian's LaBoulae. Its just something rich folks can do

Great post! I really find Ryan's love to be conditional and Greenlee/Kendall/Annie would be better off without his kind of love. Heck even Spike and Emma would be better off without Daddy Dearest. I really don't see Ryan as a hero...an arse maybe but hero  Same goes with Josh

And then he had no problem at all USING Spike so he can distract Kendall while he and Josh drugged Zach against his will. I suppose if the Budget Cut Kill-- um, Satin Slayer had harmed Spike while he was with Kendall, Ryan would blame Zach because of the piss poor security as well.

That makes no sense. The Budget Cut Killer's gonna say "Hmmm... she's only visiting Spike, so I won't kill her or hurt him. But the minute he's living with her again... DANGER!!"

If Kendall's a danger to Spike at the Slater's house, Kendall's a danger to Spike at the Slater's casino. So leaving Kendall with Spike ANY place is placing him in danger.

Yes he did. He said she could come live with him and Spike and Annie and Emma at the penthouse and she said she was not going to leave Zach and that he needed her so then Ryan said she had to stay away from Spike until it was safe. Whatever they say Ryan's reasons were it all said to me that Ryan had to punish Kendall for choosing to stay with Zach. How is living with Spike at the penthouse OK but not visiting him at the penthouse? Bad writing.

I also think Ryan is just being badly written. The way they never show Ryan with Spike when he made such a big deal about him being safe is just straight up bad and lazy writing though Ryan forgetting about Spike because of Emma is actually really in character. He tends to fall in and out of love quite fast.

If you want I will go look up the transcript for you.
