I have had many times when I was the one discriminated against, but thats ok..because I am a white male and thats ok because I deserve it. You and I both know that is a load of crap.

Discriminated against for what exactly? I'm curious to know of this oppression you've experienced. Enlighten us.

If and when proof appears, you will have a case...until now it seems a little racist to call her a racist don't you agree? I hope not, because you and I both agree that is wrong.

 Where do you guys come up with some of this stuff, seriously? I don't understand how you can come into a thread where racism is the topic of discussion and spout off about something you clearly know nothing about.

Webster's Definition

Racism: 1.The belief that race accounts for differences in human character or ability and that a particular race is superior to others.

2. Discrimination or prejudice based on race

Based on race, not based on racist comments some white girl with a talk show may or may not have made at a dinner party.

Its ok Junior, with the way you think, I can see that calling a WHITE person a RACIST is not a bad thing.

Talk about plain stupid.

You are not even worth the time.

Continue [!@#$%^&*]ing about the inequalities in life on a message board.....that will show em!

Compared to what Michael Richards said, this is nothing. Drunk and being a gossipy loudmouth yes, but racist, no.

Again. If they make disparaging remarks, like Rachel may or may not have, then yes, it's okay to label their behavior as racist.

 I don't even know what this is in reference to but  ! Yeah, it's just plain stupid that I gave the Webster's Collegiate Dictionary definition of 'racism' and showed how it was in no way applicable in the context you were using it in. I'm a real idiot. Sure.

I'm not trying to show anybody anything, just having a civilized, thoughtful discussion is all. Or at least, some of us are. :D

Let me again re-iterate what supposedly was said.

Back at the table, sources say Ray launched into attack mode: "Why is she wearing slave drag? She obviously has problems being black."

Yeah, she's Much better than Michael Richards. Sure.

so, you are blaming someone for saying something that you did not hear them say.....wow, you are intelligent!

Ok, I have a question. Why are people so quick to believe that she said anything bad about Oprah? Is it because you don't like her, or think she is a loudmouth 'cause sorry but that doesn't automatically mean she said those things. Also, would the reaction be the same if it was a star in a minority group reportedly saying disparaging things about a white star. Would you, Danni, automatically believe the gossip if it was about a star in a minority group, or would you change your tune and say well we weren't there, you can't believe everything you read? That's what I'm interested in hearing.

And you never did answer the question about why you automatically believe the gossip about RR, just because you have been on the receiving end doesn't mean that you immediately have psychic powers about what was really said by RR. So, other than what was said before, why do you believe RR said those things?

They believe it because god forbid she is a successful celebrity who is popular, has several shows and is on the cover of every magazine. God forbid we be happy for someone....so lets label them a racist and hope they crash and burn...because she has done so much to destroy each one of us personally.

If this is true this is very sad and dissapointing as a fan of rachael ray and I'm african american. But if this is false and turns out to be a big deal in the press I believe it will be addressed on oprah or rachael rays show or they may release a press statement. I give rachael ray the benefit of the doubt because as a celebrity she is a target, and negativity is a big part of being a celebrity.

Rachel Ray annoys me. Same with Oprah. And I don't like Rosie, Donald Trump, Dr. Phil or Elizabeth Hasselbeck. Leeza Gibbons is pretty good though.

I sometimes wonder why these people are celebrities. And othertimes I wonder, why do other people care about them? I guess I'm just wired differently. Sports stars are pretty good but I don't think their lives should be held to any type of scrutiny off the ice or court or field (or moon, if they're space sports stars). I think Sidney Crosby is a true superstar but I don't care about this personal life. I just wish I had him on my fantasy team.

I don't like the colour mauve either.

If someone so much as looks at Oprah crossed eyed, she hands them (or tries to) their asses. I don't believe she'd even let the idea that Rachael Ray said something like this go. And sure the hell wouldn't give her a show of her own, if this was a possibility. Rachael Ray is moving mainstream now, people are going to start "tabloiding" her now. Unless we hear something from Oprah where she says this really happened, or that she and Rachael discussed whether or not it was said, I don't buy it. And not because of Rachael Ray, but because of Oprah and the way she handles things.
