B&B: 2007 Previews

Nick vs. Forresters:

"Now that Nick is running Forrester Creations, we're creating very distinct rivals within the fashion business. He's determined to make the Forresters feel some pain, but he's in foreign territory and they are equally gunning for Nick with their own company. So it's going to be a battle royale in 2007. Someone is going to win the first time out and it'll be a victory like we've never seen before."

Thorne/Taylor/Nick:

While counseling Nick, Taylor and Thorne are headed for the altar-but not if the patient has anything to say about it. "Nick's therapy with Taylor has opened a pandora's box. He does find out why he felt this desire to get out of the house when he was young and not come back. There's a deeper issue and it messed with Nick." The secret? His mother was a prositute pimped out by Jerry Kramer. "Jackie was down and out and she had a young kid and no money. "It's not something she set out to do, it's just something that happened." Through this therapy, Taylor and Nick are finding this wonderful connection; one that's not romantic or sexual. Taylor's guilt over killing Darla is making her want to be Thorne's wife, so Nick is really trying to get her to come to her senses before this wedding happens."

Ridge/Brooke:

Is the time finally right for this couple to marry? "There are no dead spouses, no lies between them and Stephanie has accepted their relationship; there's nothing to hold them back. Ah, there is something that Ridge and Brooke are going to have to endure, which will be the greatest challenge that they have to overcome."

Phoebe/Shane:

"Shane has vowed to get his act together. He's been on the edge between good guy/bad guy, but now he's determined to show Phoebe, Ridge and the rest of the Forresters that he can be a productive member of society. But while proving himself, another man will slip into Phoebe's life."

Bridget:

"I have the most unlikely storyline coming up for Bridget and it's going to raise a few eyebrows."

An unlikely storyline for Bridget hopefully does NOT involve her picking up someone else's scraps as always.

Hopefully, she finally comes out as a lesbian. Not likely now that Ashley Jones plays her so slutty, but I always believed the show could have headed in that direction with Jennifer Finnigan in the role if they had been gutsy enough.

NO! Enough with the cancer storylines on soaps.

Let's hope the Brooke-Ridge material be as dreadful as I imagine -> FF-material is no always a bad thing.

I hope the Bridge challenge isn't that Hope or RJ dies. That'd be craptacular because I don't think the actors are high-caliber enough to handle it - well, maybe KKL might pull it off.

Enough with the dead babies on this soap, it is more overdone than cancer. Maybe Brooke finds a gift bag of the Glo by Jabot promotion and they can re-use the scripts from Taylor's drunken fire.
