I was going to start one but I figured, since this is basically season 9, it might as well continue here.

SO excited for tomorrow. Almost done with season 8.

Here you are! I should've known. Wish I'd watched at least season 8 over again to refresh. But they've done a good job of jumping off from a good place that doesn't overly rely on a lot of exposition about prior seasons.

FOX confirms they're looking at doing more. Possibly sans Jack for at least part of the next series given the plotline, but they stress that he would definitely be back.

I thought LAD served as something of a backdoor setup for the series to possibly continue on with Yvonne Strahovski should Kiefer ever bow out permanently, so that could be part of it.

YS would be a great lead on the show. Her years on Chuck was great experience for her, and I loved her chemistry w/ Zachary Levi. I really miss that show, it would be great to see her back regularly.

I never did get around to watching Season 9. I really should, at some point.
