GL: Are there any major changes coming?

With GL all over the place, unresolved storylines, uneven writing, and crappy production does anybody see any changes coming within the new year?

Phillip is still out there lurking.

Sebastian, Holly, & Blake's story never got a chance.

Ross' death is still not resolved.

They keep casting all these girls Leah, Marah, & Susan. Yet we see no Shayne, Rocky, Jason, or Kevin to balance it out.

Jeffery O'Neill is being written into a corner. (Thank Goodness)

It seems like there is no real story projection right now which may indicate that a new head writer is coming soon.

I've heard rumors that EW doesn't like the fact there is too many rewrites (More than the usual) and that Donna Swajeski will assume the HW next year.

I just wanna see a long term story projection, things being resolved, and better cast intergration. Hopefully this is already going on behind the scenes cause we know GL has the goods to go up in the ratings. We just need a head writer who can get us there and keep us there.
