Rapper Kanye West comes off as sore loser at MTV Europe Music Awards

West apparently was so disappointed at not winning for Best Video that he crashed the stage Thursday in Copenhagen when the award was being presented to Justice and Simian for "We Are Your Friends." In a tirade riddled with expletives, West said he should have won the prize for his video "Touch The Sky," because it "cost a million dollars, Pamela Anderson was in it. I was jumping across canyons."

"If I don't win, the awards show loses credibility," West said.

The rapper grabbed the Best Hip Hop award earlier in the night in a star-studded event hosted by Justin Timberlake in the Danish capital.

His ego needs to be knocked down a peg or two. Its not that serious. He really wants people to hate him.

Like really...who cares? Wow you didn't win the euro award for Best Video...

And so what if it took one million dollars to produce, it's quality not quantity buddy.

I hated that video. He definantly needs to get off his high horse. He's definantly beating Diddy as the biggest Man-Diva.

Don't you know Diddy's gotta moisturize his situation and preserve his sexy?

The guys a tool. Thinks he's much more important than he is. I wish he wouldn't have won ANY awards that nite, it would have really sent him over the edge.

He makes great music. But he is a cocky prick!

Ugh...let's send him a pacifier and some adult diapers and tell him to shut up and stop crying. He thinks he's some god or something.

This is like winning Best Actor at the Academy Awards, and then getting on stage to [!@#$%^&*] about your film not winning Best Picture.

What an ass. He has really hurt himself by acting like a childish prick.

While I agree his tantrum was stupid, and i dislike the video for "touch the sky", the video for the song that won was worse...

That's a video that I'd have to be high to understand, and even then I still wouldn't get it.

I always thought that video was Kanye West's worst... He is starting to look like an ass for all that whiny. Deal with it and move on, it was one award out of many that he won. If someone did it to him, he'd be the first to discredit and hate on them.

The fact that this is the second time he's done this-that I know of- is what really makes him a sore loser.

He did it when Evanescence won years ago, got up on stage and acted all pissed b/c they won.
