I would gladly take Celia over Jade anyday on ATWT. ATWT needs to get rid of Jade pronto. Jade is the worst character ever on this show.

Acting wise, Jade is much better. Character wise, neither are my cookie, but I'll take Jade over Celia anyday.

Whoever said Celia was better than Jade- oh no no no no no. Jade may not be anybody's favorite, but Celia was nails on a chalkboard! Seriously, she makes Austin Peck look like Sir Lawrence Olivier. There's just no comparison between the two whatsoever.

Additionally, Jade has layers to her, where Celia was completely one-note. And it was flat.

Jade is fun, Jade is entertaining, and Jade can sometimes get me on her side.

Celia...was trash. She said it herself that she was nothing but a little hoochie!

ITA! Say what you want about Jade, but Celia could have been any old useless under-five. Lia had more layers than Celia.

It took a minute to figure out who you were referring to.....but I did. And you're right! Lia was a FAR more complicated character than Celia. I hate to FF through anything on soaps- I'll take the good with the bad, even the really bad. But I don't do pointless. And Celia was pointless.

The thing is, Jade is accurate- I know girls who grew up like she did. They act exactly like she does, justifying everything they do with the "if I don't look out for me, nobody will" mantra. She's believable, and while I don't always like the things she does, I can always at least see where she's coming from.
