Love this episode too. Love the Lynette story, the interaction with Tom, mixing comedy with the cancer story is working (surprisingly) and with the other ladies, especially Gabi. Don't like that it looks like Carlos is gonna have Edie killed. I sure hope Edie's not going to be killed off, love Nicollette Sheridan! Love the bitchy Katherine. Teri Hatcher & Marcia Cross look beautiful. I loved Teri since her days as Penny Parker on MacGyver. That hairdo in the flashback of Teri's reminded me of her old 'do as Lois on LOIS & CLARK.

Kat is the best, I love this Bree/Kat rivalry.

I had no idea Dylan was Lyndsey Fonseca..I knew she looked familar haha.

The party scene was great, Susan as the "stripper". "I'm pregnant!" "That's hot"

haha..gotta love Housewives. I hope they don't kill Edie off, she needs to one up Carlos on that.

I thought the scene between Gabrielle and Lynette was very nice, and Eva Longoria Parker did a really good job with it.

Also, I have a feeling that Carlos might not be willing to off Edie. Maybe he gave other instructions and we are tricked to think that he wants to kill her. Because, honestly, after the Carlos we have seen these last couple of seasons, I REALLY doubt that he would do this.

I loved everything about this episode. As usual, the mixture of comedy and drama was superbly executed. Spoilers if you haven't watched.

Bree sending Susan to that skanky crack house clinic was priceless.

The charades party was excellent and provided a chance for everybody to interact. Stoned Lynette doing the hanging was hilarious, but the best scene of the night IMO was Gabrielle calling out Katherine for slapping her daughter.

Nathan Fillion's ass is looking great.

Loved Marcia Cross as Bree reacting to Danielle's news.

This mystery is shaping up to be really good, and I was a big fan of last season's, so I didn't think I'd be impressed.

I actually liked Nicollette's hair and outfit tonight.

Next week: the gay couple!

what a great episode

So it looks like I was wrong and that Katherine's ex husband didnt molest Dylan. I wonder what happened here

Lynette high was funny. I was hoping that the rest of them had eaten those brownies bc that would have been some hilarious stuff

Danielle is such an idiot. Roller skating while 8 months pregnant? Thank goodness that kid has Bree in its life bc Dani would have been a horrible parent

I was wondering how Bree was going to handle Susan being pregnant too bc that would make Susan want to cling on her. I thought Susan was being too pushy. If Bree didnt want to share doctors, she should have just accepted that and not push so hard.

WoW!!!!! Best episode in a really long long time.... and I mean I have really enjoyed DH so far this season but I really felt things moved along and flowed the best last night. I was mildly interested in this mystery but after last night I am really really intrigued almost to the point I was last year. The Orson mystery I really think was the best mystery arc this show has done, so far. I really enjoyed it. This one has the potential to match or be better. Dana Delany is alot better than I was expecting.

Lynette stoned, loved it.

^^^Completely agree, Adam! The Orson Mystery is the best this show has ever done, but I am starting to get really intrigued by this new one. Dana Delaney sure is good and I am more and more curious as to what happened. Lynette was so funny yesterday also lol

Great epi, can't wait to see what happens next!

Awesome episode, Absolutely loved it. One of the best of DH SO FAR! Casting Dana Delany and Nathan Fillion and Polly Bergen(Stella) were great ideas. The new TV GUIDE I got in the mail today states that Dana Delany has been signed to a multiple year contract! They should do the same with Fillion and Lyndsy Fonseca(Dylan).

Loved having all the characters interact....I think thats when the show is at its best. This season has been great so far. The additions

of Dana Delaney and Nathan Fillon as neighbors is just what the show needed.

I've seen some pictures from the halloween episode....looks like another good one!

Wow, can't believe noone commented on last night's episode. I thought it was another good show. Bob & Lee fit in, Susan's trying to get them to like her were funny, as was Tom not wanting to have sex with a bald Lynette and the crabs stuff w/ Gabi/Carlos/Edie & Victor. Also it was surprising to see Shirley Knight back as Rex's mother, Phyllis Van De Camp, adding more fuel to Bree & Danielle's storyline----Knight makes a great meddlesome bitch!

Have loved this season too. OK my way too sensitive gay friend had a weird comment about the gay guy (not Tuc--the other one) saying he found it odd that the show would cast someone who looked like he had the signs of living (Healthily) with HIV--ie the kinda sallow cheeks, etc--I though thtis was almost an insult just cuz the actor is quite atttrractive, and that he was just jumping to conclusions as usual but...

Anyway great ep :D THis site's been a bit slow on primetime discussion lately I've noticed :(

I think her friendships with Jason and Sonny stem from Robin's loyalty to them, but to me, that isn't enough for them to be friends. Anna is a grown-ass adult, and she can make her own decisions; that'd be like saying Robin needs to be friendly with anyone in Anna's life due to her loyalty to them. And I don't believe so. And I hope they never do.
    • After playing Lily Rivera with the personality of a wet dishrag, the bar was low for Melgar lol. Anna/Sonny is even stranger to me.  Sure, he helped Robin out a lot 30 years ago, but Anna and Sonny don't have any real history.  Anna can tolerate both Sonny/Jason for her daughter's sake.  She does not need to be friendly with either.  Anna's character has taken a real hit with all the Valentin things as well. Have Emma and Sonny interacted yet?  I can't remember.
    • I can't recall... but did Jon Lindstrom (Joey; Craig, ATWT) and Tamara Tunie (Anita; Jessica, ATWT) ever interact on As the World Turns when the latter returned in 2009?
    • OLD P&G ACTORS? Where is this coming from? In case you've forgotten, which would be hard to do because of TIDE and Febreze P&G is one of the sponsors of this new soap we love!!! Also Lindstrom never worked on a P&G soap. Cady, of course, did, but that's because she has worked for everyone!!!  Who else? TTunie? You don't want her around because of Jessica on ATWT? Agree to disagree if so!!! And, KaMo just because she was on GL? I cannot go there with you. Sorry. Not sorry!
    • Oh yes, The Bay, haha. She was... decent? Trust me... I hate the friendship, and the same goes with Anna/Sonny, which is why I adored when Patrick Mulcahey came in and said, "This isn't happening anymore!" And it felt amazing to me!
    •   I really like your analysis.   This isn't about a stereotype of black men being cheaters.  This is about a soap opera in which one couple was regarded to be flawed and the other regarded to be perfect, but there were issues underneath the supposedly perfect one.       Very good point that they started the show in these early months with a classic  sex and betrayal story to get people hooked.  I agree with you that we'll see more aspects and layers of all the characters as the months and years go by.
    • Oh, I didn't know that about Melgar.  She's not a GH alum I particularly follow obviously lol.  I remember she had a brief period of relevance when she did that web soap and people were saying she was a good actress.  Not on GH lol, but that's for the classic thread. It's just too much of a friendship. They can be pals or co-grandparents or whatever, but Laura should not like Sonny THAT much.  And who in life blathers on about how much they enjoy one another's friendship for multiple days/episodes?  Lol. The part of the audience that likes Sonny (myself included) should know Sonny sucks and just accept it.  He's an awful human and I hate him 90% of the time but I like him 10% more than anyone on this board lol.  I don't need Laura or anyone in town to prop him up to me and I doubt people that dislike Sonny would be convinced to like him just because Laura apparently has horrible taste in friends and husbands, but I digress.
    • I do not buy that. I mean, I didn't go by Laura for years to be somehow accepting of rapist Luke. Why now would I go by her about our favorite narcissist Sonny? I wouldn't. Laura has never exhibited what you might call good judgment when it comes to people. I mean, she hasn't, you know?!!! Think of Esme!!!! Technically it was the 2000s.
    • In the new Soap Hub Says podcast they now refer to Bill as BilltheFixer. I love it!!! The moniker fits.
