Hey KR! Congratulations, and glad to see you put down the Reilly Kool-Aid. Now here, have a sip of Sheffer-flavored Kool-Aid and everything will be just fine.

A real solid episode from moment one. Brandon did a great job and Farah? Meh... but it was great to see that little (insert your favorite bad name for Meems) get hers. And I'm with everyone else on the board. I sure hope Belle has a right hook ready for her former best friend come Tuesday or Wednesday...

Sheffer-Aid is quite tastey from the little bit I've tried. ;)

Well, how about giving it to the doofus kids who didn't even know they had sex. Ask any woman who has had sex if that would have been unnoticed by either Belle or the nurses at the hospital. It's stupid writing, but the blame for all or rather the original sin belongs on Belle and Shawn, not Mimi. I think they need to take their hickey just as well as Mimi. After all, no one is innocent of not hurting others in this whole debacle. It really angers me when Mimi is made out to be the whole reason when she really was a by-stander.

First off, I loved today's episode. However, the fact that Farah Fath is such a god-awful actress really ruined her scenes with Brandon Beemer. Brandon did a very good job, especially with his facial expressions (i.e. emoting, something that Jason Cook didn't do very much, lol). Would it have been too much to ask Farah to freakin give us some tears? I actually took myself out of watching that scene and imagined someone else playing Mimi, because in my mind, that actress (I don't even remember who I imagined) did a great job.

Brandon is doing a great job! I was kinda sceptical because I loved Jason Cook's Shawn and I really wanted to see him find out about Mimi' deception but I am just glad that it finally happened!

I wonder if the director wanted Beemer to go as subtle as possible to differentiate from Cook's one-note Mr. Angry performances we know so well?

Farah was just horrible today. I don't get what happened to her. She used to be so cute onscreen.

Beemer was good. It felt like he was a little scared to just go all the way, but it's understandable and he shows that he has potential. I can't belive that Kate lied to her kid AGAIN. If they want to change her, have her be honest with her son for once.

A big THANK YOU for this post. Everyone wants to rip Mimi a new one over this whole mess, when she only learned about this whole thing from Bonnie. Where is Victor and Kate's comeuppance??

Shawn is also a really big [!@#$%^&*] too. The whole time he was married to Mimi he told her that he loved her and it was over with Belle. Kudos to Mimi for calling him a LIAR! Shawn Douglas Brady is one big HYPOCRIT and I want him to suffer just as much as Mimi.

All this praise for the show is making me want to tune in again. :)

That very well may be. I don't know if he watched tapes of Jason "acting," but I do think it's a good thing that BB has already added some depth to Shawn, instead of putting him in smartass mode all the time.

That could be. I was expecting more anger but, strangely, this worked better for some reason. I was sick of Shawn always going off on people when something happened. It became a little too one note and sometimes it was irrtational. I love the fact Beemer showed depth and gave a layered performance rather then the typical one note, typical Shawn reaction we got from Jason Cook that became a little too routine whenever Shawn got bad news. This was refreshing to see from Beemer.

I actually really think that's the case. If he played one-note angry, the transition will be better. If Shawn is all of a sudden being emotional and you know.....a human, then that would be weird.

Also, if you want to look deeper into it, but this DAYs so that's usually never the case hahahaa, it might be because this betrayal is from Mimi so he's not really devastated over it. If it was Belle, on the other hand....

It's actually a whole new show. Even the portrayers look like they have new life breathed into them. I swear Kristian Alfonso was starting to look like death. She's got more pep in her step lately, and she's beaming again. Reckell beams on a daily basis too. I think Josh Taylor is ecstatic to be being used again. Brandt is happy not to be playing a penisless moron. The whole cast is just giving off this different energy. There's balance. It's weird that DAYS is as good as it is.

I can't wait to watch tonight then!

I do have one complaint from the promo's I saw. Jen's hair was horrible in that ugly bun when she left. I heard the scenes were top notch, but that hair....

Yes finally DAYS has REAL writers behind them...it truly has turned around and just seems to be gettting better and better every day.

Plus Hogan's future outlooks sounds awesome!

I don't like Beemer. And his non-emotion hurts me looking at Shawn - that's the one think you could count on from Shawn.

I was sad that Mimi got busted, even though I can't stand her.

The only one I feel sorry for is Phillip - he needs to dump Belle's ass, and fast. I am gonna be cheering him on this week.

Bye Bye Shelle Baby #2.

If I could, I'd kill Claire too.

My problem with this is that the only emotion you could count on with Cook was anger. Cook's Shawn was only pissed or tired sounding. He could sound mad reading a menu. :D
