First off, I loved today's episode. However, the fact that Farah Fath is such a god-awful actress really ruined her scenes with Brandon Beemer. Brandon did a very good job, especially with his facial expressions (i.e. emoting, something that Jason Cook didn't do very much, lol). Would it have been too much to ask Farah to freakin give us some tears? I actually took myself out of watching that scene and imagined someone else playing Mimi, because in my mind, that actress (I don't even remember who I imagined) did a great job.

Chelsea for the first time, was likeable for me! She's again thinking of someone else besides herself. I'm sure it won't last long, but I'm enjoying seeing her be mature.

But she had a ulterior motive for saying those "right" things because she wants her parents to hookup. So she was thinking of herself.

The script between Mimi and Shawn was well written, yet I must agree, Farah's poor acting didn't make it seem as great as I hoped it would be. And, I expected more yelling from Shawn!!! The thing that surprised me the most was that I expected Shawn to turn around and go to Claire after all of that, not just off wherever.

I think the reason Kate told Phillip to just walk away and move on was so that would make him fight that much harder to keep his marriage alive. Whenever you tell someone to just give up, it often makes a person try that much harder to achieve that objective!

That's why I said "it won't last long" Toups. And it didn't.

Kate's about face only occured because she knows now that Philip knows Claire is not his daughter, there is no reason to be in a loveless marriage. Before the truth came out, Kate felt Belle would stay with Philip because of Claire. Now that the truth is out, Kate thinks Belle will leave Philip and she doesn't want to see her son's heart broken. She wants Philip to do the heartbreaking.

Well i watched earlier today and finally have a chance to post..First off Kudos to Brandon Beemer for a great performance today..He literally took over the role at a very pivotal time and he's done an awesome job...I really enjoyed the scenes today..the dialouge and acting was pretty good..But like others said i could have gone for more anger from Shawn and tears from Mimi...But i'm just greatful this secret is finally out...

Kate was great today..Loved that she told phillip he should leave his loveless marriage...Finally Kate is speaking some sense to her children..

Chelsea and Billie rocked today..awesome dialouge..I just love chelsea...Great show today and i'm looking forward to the rest of the week..And Hogan starts next monday...

Beemer and Judi Evans were great. Fath got better as the episode went on.

I feel like something is off with the writing though. Like this should be a bigger event. Big. Huge. More drama. More screaming. More tears. More yelling. I know everyone already knows about Claire so that takes away from the betrayal reveal a bit, but I'd like the drama level AMPED UP!

Todays show was great and could have been better if Farah Fath's voice wasnt so damn annoying. I am with Ryan, why couldnt Farah show a few tears? I did enjoy seeing Mimi squirm and try her best to turn the tables on Shawn, but Farah ruined the scenes for me. I expected more from this, I was disappointed. For once it wasn't the writers fault either.

How nice were the Chelsea/Billie scenes! I was glad Chelsea finally told Billie, why cant you go after someone who isn't married for once. I enjoyed these scenes immensely, but was disappointed towards the end of the episode when Chelsea went to Bo and told him he better hurry and get back with Billie while you still can. I wish she would get over the idea of her parents getting back together, like Chelsea said, she isn't 9 years old anymore.

I was cheering on Kate for once, Phillip is in a no win sitution with Belle and would be better off leaving her. I definitely see Phillip turning bad just like his parents. I agreed with everything Kate said to Phillip, especially the part where she said he doesnt need to live in a rinky dink loft because he needs to be a real Kiriakis.

I can't wait for Belle and Phillip to learn the truth about Meme, Belle better be slap happy!

I am with you on that 100%. Shawn should have been yelling at the top of his lungs and about to choke the [!@#$%^&*]. I definitely wanted to see more anger from Shawn. I just hope Belle and Phillip really let Meme have it, Belle best be slap happy.

Yeah. I definitely understand Beemer though because he is new. And it is reaching the level of drama right now that I was talking about kind of, but it's MImi yelling at Shawn now. Not vice versa. This was a huge event. It still is, but it could have been a bigger bang.

I still am enjoying it tho! Very much.

Jesus! I love Kate and Koslow so much! She is awesome, as usual! I hope Sheffer does great things with the character of Kate. She's delish.

All hail to the Koz! :P

I have liked what Hogan has said about Koz and so far have LOVED what he says he will do with Kate. I am tired of reading it though, its time to see some action.

FF sucked today! Plain and simple.

I am not liking NuShawn. His scenes today werent great. I agree he should have been furious at Mimi. I saw none of that. And the actor isnt even that attractive at least previous Shawn was sexy.

Exactly and I loved her finally talking some sense. Her scenes with Philip were good and I loved how Philip was putting up a front saying it would all work out when, deep down, he is hating everything that is happening and is starting to show signs of the real Kiriakis. I love how Kate said Philip is meant for greater things and should not be playing house in a tiny apartment. I am loving this evolution of Philip.

The Bope scenes were good. Great to see Chelsea and Hope not acknowledge each other instead of the usual rage that is displayed. Loved Chelsea trying to push Bo and Billie. The Chelsea/Billie scenes were hilarious, realistic, and well done. Great dialogue and acting. I am liking the use of the Roberts/Reed women. They are fun to watch. Pinson, Melvin, and Koslow just rock.

The Belle/Hope scene was nice too but the highlight for me was Brandon Beemer. He did very well and had so many layers to his performance. I just thought he emoted well and really did a solid job. Judi Evans was fantastic but what bothered me was Farah Fath. She botched this up big time. The writing was fine but this event should've been bigger for a secret that has been kept for nearly a year. I feel Fath should have shown more emotion. Her only decent scenes were the scenes when she turned the tables on Shawn and that scream at the end was ok too. I would've like to see her crying and screaming and then falling to the ground at the end. Bonnie showed more emotion and she looked like the one married to Shawn. Perhaps the writers could've had Shawn be more angry but, again, I can see it being played as it was from Shawn's angle as well. I am ok with it but I felt it was botched up big time for Farah's end. She did fine as the show went on and was ok at the ending but I wanted more.

Good show though-rest of the week should be good as we countdown to Hogie :D

Oh, KR, love your new name. I always called you KR anyway but now everyone will. I guess the JER era is really over  .
