Sigh...this thread may go on forever. Toups, in case you weren't here for the earlier part of the thread I'll break it down again: yes, they've talked about having sex ... I saw no proof of it and thought they just made out and were like those idiots in real life who say they "made love" when really they just made out, sans most of their clothes ... everyone on the board tackled me because I refused to believe they had sex ... I cited the fact that there were no indicators of said sex (ie "feet" shots where underwear rolls to ground or trail of clothes)... posters suggested they had quickie with most clothes on ... I watched Friday's ep and found out that yes, Tess' dress was hung on the chair in the background so indeed, they had sex.

The bottom line from this long journey was that, when a show sets a precedent, they must be CONSISTENT with it. Every other time a couple has had sex (and it was a big deal, not Foxay's sexcapades but something like an affair or first-time [!@#$%^&*]), we saw the 'money' shot, where the underwear rolls down the ankles and they slip it off...or we see the trail of clothes. Not seeing that really bothered me. Of course, as it turned out, I was surfing the net while watching the first ET affair episodes and missed the proverbial dress. Luckily, I carefull watched Friday's and saw it in flashback.

Hope that catches everyone up. My plea was just consistency. And on that, "Passions" scored very high. :)

you've GOT to be kidding me.

consistency on PASSIONS? uh....i don't think so.

the FACT of the matter is, even if they HADN'T shown that frickin dress, they STILL had sex. ethan effed her good and hard, and we all saw it.

you don't need to see dropping underwear or some stupid dress on a frickin chair to indicate sex on a soap or on ANY other television show.

I disagree, ranger. Sorry, but I do. I NEED the proof. I honestly know idiotic women in real life who say things like, "We were making love and, all of a sudden, he just took off!" when they were just MAKING OUT when they're boyfriend got the hell out of there. Granted, they were about to make love (and this was evident), but penetration did NOT occur. Hell, the genitalia didn't even make their first appearances. Point is, !@#$%^&*] was speaking GENERALLY, as some people do, and yes, I needed that dress or some other indicator as proof that THeresa wasn't an equally stupid !@#$%^&*].

Okay, this is a pointless thread with mindless discussion. Closing it.

Sorry, JSF.
