I watched this show in full for the first time last night and I really enjoyed it. Do we know why the one woman was served with papers? Is this something that has been on going or was this new and we'll find out later what it's really about?

I agree, I love Sara. I kinda had a problem with Ben getting back with Teresa, I got the impression that she was in it for the money and that her sudden interest was jealous fueled.

I think Marin was mad that he appeared to just cast her off to the side with his marriage announcement. I do think she needs to get over him, she has too many hot guys after her to care. Cash is gorgeous.

I agree. To me, where was his anger at her sleeping with someone else? They just got back together. I wonder how much influence the baby has on that? Jack definitely still has feelings for her but I think he's stuck on being honorable.

Remember me telling you a few weeks back that Men in Trees was looking for an actress to visit Elmo and become infatuated with all things Marin Frist? Well, said actress has been found.... And she's '80s soap vixen Morgan Fairchild!

Fairchild will guest-star later this season as — get this — herself. "She shows up in Elmo and decides she wants to buy Marin's life rights," reveals MIT creator Jenny Bicks of her one-episode stint, which shoots this month but won't air until February 2008.

Why the delayed gratification?

As you'll recall, Trees already had five unaired episodes in the can from last season when production started up last month. As a result, they're way ahead of schedule.
