Just wanted to pass this tidbit on this come from a posting made by Hillary B. Smith's on her website that she posted that Heather Tom has chosen to Exit OLTL when her contract expires this fall.

If I was Amelia I definately would be worried right now. She has done fine as Viki IMO, sure she's no HT but she isn't awful in the role.

AH bores me as an actress, but its unfair to just let her go because Tom wants to come back(assuming she does) Y&R. Wasnt it Tom's choice to leave Y&R?

Yes Tom did choose to leave herself. I wish ATWT would pick up Heather. She would be so good on the show.

I believe Kevin was doing poorly in the focus groups because of how he was being written but if they really listened to focus groups I doubt people like Claudia and Paige would still be around. TIIC only whip out the focus group results when they support something they want to do. If they contradict their plans, they are just overlooked.
