Megan needs to leave but I agree with those who said Frons is the main problem. Look at the travesties all 3 of his shows have turned into. Allowing three bad writers to sit at the helm of the shows is madness. Someone needs to kick Frons out on his ass and then Guza, Higley, and McTavish will be next on the network's [!@#$%^&*] list. They are doing nothing for the network but driving away fans in droves.

I have a question for all of you: what would you change about the show besides having a new headwriter?

I love how this thread keeps going and going and going!!

I do think ABC needs to clean house. They need to get rid of Frons, McT, and Carruthers. They need to change some of the script writers and breakdown writers. That is my AMC hope for 2007.

Does it even matter if McT is out anymore? I don’t know. Low ratings used to be good in bad times because you hoped it would mean changes would be made. Not anymore. It seems they’ll let a show slide enough without making changes, and then cancel. But I think maybe we should all watch. I know this means nothing if you aren’t being checked by Nielsen, but I think we need to support the show until this cancellation rumor goes over. If AMC is saved that means that it would at least have a fighting chance; some opportunity. We know that no one is ever really dead on a soap. Chances are slim, but maybe Cady McClain (and Julia Barr as well) would eventually come back. Yeah, I know I’m grasping at straws here, but what else can I do? I feel rather numb. This is all like a bad dream.

She's not going. Word has it she has already re-signed (her contract is up in April but I think they take care of these things early in case they do have to get a replacement).

Sucks, but it doesn't even really matter anymore. Megan or not, AMC is so screwed.

date: Tuesday, May 27 | Christopher Dunn, Lynn Martin | Steven Williford I feel bad for Chelsea; she's exploring her feelings, and they're getting [unintentionally] hurt. But I love the support that Katherine has for her cousin. Bradley, you deserve one hundred times better than Deadbeat. So much more. Anita essentially tossing Tracy out... whew. She's done. DONE. Ouch... Chelsea hit the nerve with Katherine. How interesting... I feel like Tracy is becoming the mirror Anita has been avoiding while being a Dupree. What are these top secret things she's harbouring? I really hope Jessica's interest in Tyrell is genuine, because if it isn't, it might just destroy him. Back alley meetings? Your family? As if Bradley is not part of your family... Deadbeat, sit your ass down. Hey, Childbride, lower your damn voice. You're in the country club, not the country field where your ass belongs. And oh God, she's knocked up. Whew... here we go! Dante Greene, what control did this man have? But I appreciate that Anita and Tracy are uniting together; I pray that Sharon joins them soon. I love how easy Katherine and Tomas are with each other; it's smooth, it's natural and it's blooming in all the right ways. Hayley is about to battle the Dupree women for all she's worth. I am calling it right now. The unwavering support Vernon continues to provide to Anita is paramount; I adore them as the couple they are. Notes: Mike Manning (Bradley) continues to show up time and time again in scenes with Brandon Claybon (Deadbeat), who brings nothing to the table. There is an extreme lack of romantic chemistry between them. I'm wondering how different Dante Greene is going to be in comparison to Berry Gordy Jnr; we know the true history of Diana Ross and the Supremes, but how different will it be with Anita Williams and the Articulettes?
    • This episode is beyond excellent Could have waited on tge Trina Kai scenes  but regardless  great soap
    • Haha same! I didn't like her in the beginning, but over time, I've really grown to love to hate her as a villain.  I can't wait to listen to today's new episode later tonight! I've been waiting for the mom and dad (Crystal/Vincent) to have an interaction, so I'm happy to hear it's today.
    • I've always really been enjoying the show. It's very well produced and has so many soap stars in it. I was just listening to ep 7 on YoutTube and can say I'm hooked. There was an intense scene with Crystal Chappell and Vincent Irizarry about halfway through that was GOOD! Is it bad I kind of like Mina? I know she's supposed to be the main villian
    • This isn't a bad episode, but I'm finding myself not as engaged. Must be the lack of Eva and Leslie. No Nicole, Dani.
    • Yes!! I didn't realize it before, and had a busy weekend, so wasn't here much

Wow, what happened to AMC this week? Crashing from 8.4 to 6.6.. I mean, I know they used to go up and down much more than they do today, but this seems like a harsh drop (from 7th to 13th). And nice to see Y&R's first weeks
    • Why did they cut Chelsea coming out to her grandparents? We should have seen that
