Passions is so boring without Beth

I enjoy both Foah and Lucy. I hope the show does not drop Foah.

I also really like Noah and Fergus so they better not backburner/dump him!

PSNS is being pretty ballsy/dumb? and only featuring/focusing on three stories, which is dangerous. But they've been doing that all summer.

Well, don't cry for Heidi, Faer! Let's not forget, she chose Mark Cameron's hire! (I by the way, don't mind his hire).

Anyway, I disagree about Foah. They were pretty bland. And how can Fancy TRULY be in love with Noah after having a taste of Luis? That's like sampling the best cake you've ever had and then it suddenly is replaced by a twinkie. "Passions" PTP know what they're doing: they're phasing out (and have phased out) Foah FOREVER, and moving on with this great new Fancy/Luis/Sheridan love triangle.

I didn't know that about Heidi/Mark. Can you tell me more?

Great analogy with Luis/Noah. LOL. Poor little stale twinkie...

Faer: The show's producers - and Heidi - have said that Heidi strongly recommended Mark for the part of Fox. They screen tested together and she enjoyed him the best. I guess the producers gave much of the decision to Heidi since she is the one who has to kiss 'im!

Wow did not know that about Heid. So I guess I need to blame her for picking Wystrach? I know some here like him but I feel that he is not only bad acting-wise (he isn't the worst but he speaks weird and mumbles alot) but look-wise this is not Fox. He is just too...I don't know I would say dorky-looking but that may be too strong. Fox is supposed to be this pretty boy who is rich, was a former playboy, charming, smart , charasmatic, witty, etc and Mark's Fox is boring and lacks a personality that defined the character. He is just flat and just a generic hunk with nothing to him. There is no spark in any scene with Fox anymore. He gets weird looks on his face (almost like the ones Austin Peck used to get when he was really bad acting wise) when he is supposed to act in love like the other day when Siren was singing her song. He is supposed to have a look of desire and passion on his face and he just looks like a 16 year old boy looking at a dirty magazine. He just makes certain things awkward to watch.

I don't know his acting just bothers me and look-wise he just doesn't fit IMO. I know no one can be Justin Hartley but there had to be better then this.

It's also rumored that Heidi's "infatuation" with Mark is what ended her engagement to Matt.

Beth was written to a corner pretty early on. If she was on every day, it would've been the same thing over and over and over, and the last thing the show needs is repetitiveness since JER has actually made a whole lot of progress.

As for Ethan... he's a douchebag, no matter how he's portrayed. Even if it was Travis' Ethan who's trying to help Julian take LE away from Theresa then be pissed that she has eyes for someone else, Ethan's still an unredeemable dickhead.

Agreed on both points.

Beth gets so redundant, it gets boring. It becomes the same ole crap all the time with her, and as entertaining as she can be, it's not worth it to have her on everyday. As for Ethan, ever since he married Gwen instead of Theresa and kept lying his worthless ass about who he loves, playing both women like violins, he's been unredeemable. Now all he needs to do is fall off a cliff.

I'll say that Fancy and Noah had their moments, but they are virtually forgettable compared to Luis and Fancy. There's no comparison.

I agree. From what I saw of Noah & Fancy, they were okay, but the chemistry she has with Luis is much stronger. This is the couple they should focus on.

I'm in and out of Passions, I haven't watched the show religiously for a year, but started in summer. So perhaps it was better, I don't know, all I can say is now I'm really enjoying it, I truly think it's at it's best (if not close)
