Phillip and Mimi need a break. Mimi especially since Fath and the major character transition drove Mimi to the ground. Phillip was gone before and came back and is much better off for now. Obviously Phillip is an integral part of the show and its core characters but a little break would be good. Don't re-cast until they can write him as a character and not a one-legged tag along.
