  1. Hilariously, CBS is the only channel from that site that’s requiring me to log in using a paid VPN. I’ll watch vicariously through y’all. I appreciate the link, though, thanks!
  2. Weird. I have a Roku and nada for me. *scratches head*
  3. Is anyone watching via Paramount+? It’s not airing live for me in NYC.
  4. Michele Lee turns 80 today.
  5. Adrian from California 🇺🇸
  6. I was gonna say that I really like Eva on Girls Trip 2. Her positivity is a breath of fresh air, and she’s funny. And she even bared her claws for a moment against Vicki (“I am NOT the one!”), who immediately backed down. Agreed that the pile-on towards Brandi is over the top, at least from what we’re being shown. Her self-absorption is annoying (no, Russell’s suicide wasn’t all about you), and I can see why Taylor would be pissed at her, but Tamra/Vicki were egging it on.
  7. Earl from D.C. 🇺🇸
  8. Pretty much the same. I lived for it up to the explosion and maybe stuck around for a bit longer before giving up and never looking back.
  9. Jason Thompson has COVID so will miss the Daytime Emmys, but he doesn’t mention anything about being off the show:
  10. Holy Kardashian: Sheree’s new confessional look 😮
  11. I know we put up with a lot of nonsense with all forms of fictional entertainment, but the compounding effect of all the stupidity on B&B takes me out.
  12. Michael from Germany 🇩🇪
  13. David from Texas 🇺🇸
  14. It’s great that Kate and Prince had such mutual love and respect. Their collaborations were very fascinating. Game recognized game: A Kate cover of “The Long and Winding Road” I posted this weekend for McCartney’s 80th birthday:
  15. I would have given my left whatever to be in the audience for that.
  16. Hilary on Y&R is a somewhat recent example.
  17. Oh god. I hate jukebox musicals. I’d rather see Kate create a completely new work if she were to involve herself in musical theater. Or do like Pet Shop Boys did with Closer to Heaven and use a couple of older songs as a jumping-off point for a mostly new work.
  18. Have you taken part in one of these? This was great, by the way:
  19. Happy Pride!
  20. Denis Shapovalov has been a whole mess since beating Rafa. Can barely win games, much less matches.
  21. This is also a good beginner’s guide to her via Reddit:
  22. LOL I’d never made that connection. I see others have too. She was never more than a cult artist here in the U.S., but RUTH did make the Top 30 in its original release. And of course she contributed to popular songs like Peter Gabriel’s “Don’t Give Up”: I first learned of her in a Entertainment Weekly review in the ‘90s where the critic compared Jewel’s “Foolish Games” to Kate lol. I was a tyke in ‘80s so I didn’t have a deep knowledge of anyone beyond what I saw on MTV, BET, and VH1 or on the radio. I always wanted to twirl through a forest like this:
  23. Seems like there are a few fans here (I am one of them), and since Stranger Things has introduced her brilliance to new generations, I figured she might be worthy of her own dedicated thread. I’ve been so happy to see her pop up on her website thanking fans for the recent chart success of “Running Up That Hill,” but BBC Radio 4 just released a rare treat—a new interview with her. Lovely to hear her voice in 2022:
