I'd rather they invest in a character with Kristina's baggage. They've tried repeatedly to give her story that resonates with the audience and it just hasn't worked. Time to put her on ice for half a decade. Mind you, I say this as someone who has enjoyed Mansi's unhinged demon spawn more often than not. But I am rather tired of little miss sanctimonious nutjob judging everyone in town left and right.

Turned it on again just now and it's on the SAME EPISODE. I feel like I'm losing my mind. Can I get s Groundhog's Day that's more fun? I'd like to know this too as I really enjoyed Edmund and Brooke. I was sad that the triangle didn't go on longer after Maria returned.

Yeah, I first tuned in last week so today I expected to them to a couple weeks ahead by now but no, it's the same batch episodes I saw before. In fact I turned it at the EXACT same moment: One of the Peirces recalling his poor dead girlfriend as Janet and Laura stood there looking like the cover of some lesbian romance novel. The episodes that followed were just great. Arlene is the definition of pathetic. Begging Alec to have sex with her, blackmailing him until he did. Poor dumb Hayley not catching on after hearing her mother MOAN her husband's name in her sleep. A classic PV Inn ladies' room clash between Erica, Brooke and Maria. Erica was just at her worst (because of the addiction), picking fights so petty even Opal called her out. It's kind of crazy how much faster characters were established. Maria (btw Eva LaRue is stronger actor than I ever gave her credit for) joined the show in 93. By 95 she was married to Edmund, two of her siblings were in frontburner romances and she and Edmud had been through 3 rounds of IVF. Edmund himself was only introduced a year before. Soaps used to be so good at introducing new characters and firmly establishing them on the canvas. Everyone claims soaps were sooooo slow but my god the current soaps are absolutely glacial comparatively. Maria is publicly humiliated over her fertility issues. Edmund happens to discuss it with Brooke. She tells him she can possibly help with adoption. Erica hears about this and inadvertently tells Maria. How long did that take? 2 and a half episodes. That would've taken two weeks on GH nowadays.

You mean that beta loser cuck? The guy who came in as this cool doctor with a beard from a war torn country in the Darkest Africa who now follows around a woman who is very obviously still in love with her ex-husband, and also pregnant by him, because…I don’t know? Brain tumor? Carbon monoxide poisoning? He’s just plain stupid? I hate that they have ruined all the potential that Isaiah had by making him a simp for both Jordan and Portia. I thought it was bad enough when he had no self-respect while dating Jordan, allowing her to keep the relationship secret because she was working undercover (how’s that going Robotnik?) but whatever’s he become with Portia is just nuts. Speaking of nuts, I wish he would find his. Maybe they’re in Jordan’s center console. There’s no need for him to be practically elated at the idea that the woman he was having an affair with is pregnant by her husband. Let the brother have a modicum of self-respect.

This show is so heavy-handed when they want us to consider someone a “good person”. The moment they decide that Jacinda is not worth keeping around, all of the bad parts for history will be emphasized. It’s very annoying. Anyway, I hope Michael walks in on her and Kristina using their index fingers on each other in the Quartermaine living room.

Forgive me but I just can’t forget that only a few months ago she accepted $50,000 to help frame Drew for drug use. And then later on admitted to smoking crack with Scott Chandler in the cheapest room at the Metro Court! She’s not a great person!

And he WON! I remember thinking he was such a good actor, him and Amanda Seyfried were the standouts especially next to ol‘ demon eyes and Micah Alberti. It’s amazing he’s now an Oscar winner. Wild. I’m happy for him like he’s family.

Curtis is the same level of angry no matter what's upset him. He's always at Field Trip Chaperone Upset Over Minor Change in Schedule. Brook Kerr is carrying That Black Storyline on her biracial back but man, Portia always sounds like she's about to kill someone or just finished killing someone. I know @Vee loves them but Brad and Britt are not the gay icons this show thinks they are. Watching the two of them Yas Queen-ing it up is painful. Also Parry Shen simply isn't a good actor. He's also not hot! Sure perhaps Marco is evil but who cares (if you've ever met a gay man you know how very little they care)?! Is Lucas really expected to be torn because mid broke loser Brad and maybe evil but very hot and rich and hot Marco? Please! We really needed Sonny at three celebrations huh? So Maurice could fulfill his contractual obligation to smile. The man is clearly in pain! Let him go home!

As a professional graphic designer all of these logos have been...terrible. I don't understand the point of this thread. "Let's make new versions of existing soap logos but worse?" And now we're doing AI images of sets that exist? Is everyone okay? Has the rise in AI slop melted our collective conscious?
