Pretty sure it was accidental. Two weeks ago, B&B was fully preempted in the USA due to the Pope, but CTV accidentally aired B&B in Canada -- well it was probably a case of CBS not telling the Canada channel CTV in time to pull it. Then the same B&B episode aired again the next day in Canada with the U.S. I *speculate* that this is a similar situation?

John aired May 22-23. Allan Wayne Anderson appeared as John's double, and Tim Gilbert served as stunt double. Jason47 said elsewhere that the John double (Allan Wayne Anderson) airs on 5/26, 5/28, 5/30 and 6/2. (note: It hasn't been stated yet what date is when John dies.) @dragonflies said upthread: "From TV GUIDE: Bo wakes up on June 2nd." I wonder if Bo awakens in time to see John? Still wondering if Sami returns, or if so, when. Missy Reeves said (Link) that Jennifer will next appear on Days in early June when Salem locals mourn the passing of John Black. It doesn't say if Jennifer returns before John dies or after.

Deidre is wearing purple for these scenes. Maybe it's a coincidence but maybe it's intentional. Purple is the color for supporting pancreatic cancer research. 😢

I think the GCAC hotel check-in/receptionist was once shown at a counter or part of the bar, near the main entrance. Good point about no elevator being shown. The characters are often shown walking up and down the stairs. I would think that at a place like that, they'd usually take an elevator, but we never see it. If taking the stairs, they should comment about doing it to stay in shape.

Andre's parents were said to have died in a plane crash. (I mean that could be untrue, but that's what Andre was told and believes). I think there has been periodic viewer speculation that they died in a car crash because Martin has nightmares of one. But Andre said it was a plane crash. Edit to add: found it. Transcript from Episode #3, February 26: Andre: Man, um, yeah, it was touch and go there for a minute, but you guys wouldn’t let me fall. Y’all literally saved me. If I had every second of every day to spend, trying, I could never repay you.
