  1. One thing I appreciated reading (Soap Opera Babylon was the name of the book) was how Tony Geary worked the infamous scene, and how aware he was of Genie's youthful age. He choreographed most of the sequence himself so he wouldn't hurt Genie. He sent her flowers. When the scene was finally over, they were both so exhausted and spent from what they had just acted out that they cried in each other's arms.
  2. To me, the surprise catch was the best part of the wedding!! 😂😂😂😂😂
  3. If he doesn't follow the rules, he has to pay the consequences - plenty of people in jobs that pay a lot less do. They can't make exceptions for him.
  4. Yes, and it made perfect sense for Scotty to go to the dark side considering the way Laura left him. Kin taking off for Texas and Scotty being off the canvas for a year gave viewers a chance to adjust - leading up to his unforgettable return - catching Laura's bouquet!!!!
  5. We really didn't know how good we had it!! 😝
  6. That's nice. It looks interesting. I really liked the Loving chats he helped put together - hopefully there will be more eventually!!
  7. Robin Strasser does not look pleased. 😂😂😂😂😂
  8. Especially after what happened on The View - I don't think they want to go through that again.
  9. Dorian's wedding dress from the Herb nuptials didn't just crack me up due to the hot pink color. Those sleeves!!! 😂😂😂😂😂
  10. I had never seen this photo before now. It makes one wonder what might have been, if Doug Marland had had his way and kept Laura married to Prince Charming and away from The Frog.
  11. It's mind-numbing, isn't it? I waver between being angry, sad and just numb.
  12. What's ironic is that even in their heyday, Luke and Laura weren't on 5 days a week. I've heard it was closer to 3-4. There were other strong stories going on with popular performers - the Quartermaines (especially the quad Monica and Alan were in with Lesley and Rick), Bobbie, Jeff, Heather, Anne, etc.
  13. They sure did! Charles Keating went on the record as incredulous that AW let Morgan Freeman get away.
  14. Doug Watson, Constance Ford, Beverly Penberthy and Irene Dailey.
  15. I just found this pic of Genie Francis and Jane Elliot at GH's 20th anniversary party in 1983. Gotta love 1980s formal. 😉😝😂
  16. A couple of weeks ago, Chuck Todd had Meghan McCain at the MTP table. Need I say more? 🙄
  17. That's a good question. I actually thought Alexis qualified here but I believe she and Jax were just married in name only.
  18. I guess I blocked that out, too. Don't these women know that there are other men in Port Chuckles? Not many, but there are other options. 😂
