  1. Thanks for posting that. Mary and Mason really did have a special magic together. To this day, I still have no idea why the Dobsons let Harley Kozak (and others, like Dane Witherspoon) go.
  2. Thanks for posting those episodes. I love how 80s they are. LOL
  3. Thanks for posting that!! I knew that someone was posting OLTL audio from that time period, but not AMC.
  4. Yes, they really did look like brothers!
  5. DD has held up pretty well over the years, too. How long were he and Eileen Davidson a RL item?
  6. Wednesday's (8/27) episode profiles Troop.
  7. Speaking of Steve Holden, do you all think he should have stayed on rather than being killed off? Do you think he was a viable enough character to stay on and was he played by a decent actor?
  8. Let's just hope Lindsay's Hallmark character isn't anything like Theresa!!!
  9. This will give you a sense of Frankie's history: http://www.igs.net/~awhp/frankie.html
  10. OK, thanks. Also, the scene with Kathleen Turner was awesome - not hard to see why she became a movie star!!
  11. Plus, they could have done a story with The Banner being in trouble like the rest of the newspapers in real life - and doing what they had to do to stay afloat. I'd take a story like that any day over DID.
  12. A writer and an actress who have an affair and then co-create a soap? That sounds like a soap in and of itself!!
  13. It got worse? How is that possible? LOL
  14. It would be fun to see Leanna Love pop up again - easily the most entertaining soap character in Barbara Crampton's resume.
  15. That is indeed a lovely tribute. Thank you for posting it.
  16. That whole Clint/Lindsay thing just seemed to come out of left field. Besides, didn't Clint Ritchie quit the show right around that same time? Why exactly DID he leave after almost 20 years on OLTL? That I don't know.
  17. See, this is what made the soaps of yore, especially the ones based in NYC, so great. They actually hired trained ACTORS and not mere MODELS. What a concept!!!
  18. That music was hilarious. If you know anyone in need of a good laugh, forward them those links. LOL!!!
  19. Yeah, she quit while the going was still somewhat good. Still, I wonder how she would have done playing the alters. I think Erin would've made it work. What do you all think?
  20. Holy cow, what was up with Diana's hair in that clip? It looks like a clown wig - except without with the rainbow colors. I know this was the 80s - but geesh!!!
  21. Thanks for sharing that clip! Whoa - you'd never see a man slapping a woman on TV now, even if the man and woman in question are siblings.
  22. May he RIP...that makes him the second Capitol actor to pass on this year (Dane Witherspoon passed on at the end of March).
  23. I'd love to read Sharon Farrell's book. Thanks for the heads up.
