  1. Agreed. I never knew that Leon Stevens (the RL husband of Lydia Bruce of The Doctors) was on OLTL.
  2. Those are great. I know that Randall Edwards has long since retired from acting, but does anyone know where she is now? Still on the East Coast?
  3. I could email Jennifer Desiderio (Jacquie's daughter) and ask if her mom had any recordings saved of AW.
  4. Was Elissa Leeds the first Hope?
  5. Yup, and post-TC, Jenilee Harrison went on to Dallas.
  6. Knowing Paul Rauch's reputation, I wouldn't put it past him!!
  7. Isn't it true that P&G didn't start saving episodes of their shows until 1980 or so?
  8. I believe his After School Special is on that show's DVD box set, along with "The Pinballs", "Sara's Summer of the Swans", the one where Scott Baio becomes an alcoholic and the one where Helen Hunt jumps out a window after taking angel dust.
  9. Yes, the marriage to George Hearn only lasted a couple of years (it was her second marriage). She didn't marry Hal until 1984 and of course was with him for the rest of her life.
  10. Yeah, I noticed that Elissa Leeds (Hope) wasn't included. She would have been part of the cast at that time.
  11. In this movie, we get two TD actresses for the price of one - and in the same scene, no less!!! One of them was on the show as this movie was being filmed and the other was between stints. Start at the 30:12 mark and you'll see who I mean: The world of soaps - both daytime and primetime - are well-represented. Also in this movie are familiar faces like Thaao Penghlis, Barbara Barrie, Julie Harris and Jameson Parker.
  12. I think he looks more like Alice Cooper sans makeup than Rick Springfield, but I digress. LOL
  13. Watson71, my friend Chris Mann wrote Come and Knock on Our Door, the Three's Company companion book. As he was an AMC fan, he never saw AW and thus never knew the connections until I told him about it. He now finds it utterly amusing that Mr. Angelino and Lana were once "married"!!! LOL
  14. Kind of like Steve Fletcher aka Steve Blizzard, right? LOL
  15. I've seen that cover before and it is adorable. In the 2010 WLS interview Judith did, she said that Ian is now in the restaurant business.
  16. Wow, I never knew she had recorded an album. You really do learn something new every day!!
  17. Very nice! I actually remember that PS episode. LOL
  18. So do I. I think she's great.
  19. Not only the wedding, but the great eps that lead up to the wedding - Nick's proposal and Althea's acceptance, telling Penny and their friends, meeting with the minister, the bridal shower/bachelor party (well, Nick, Matt and Ed going out for a night of drinking while the gals have the shower at the Powers home), the big pre-wedding fight, making up, picking out the wedding clothes, the rehearsal, and getting ready on the big day (where Matt, of all people, makes a HUGE gaffe). Then after the wedding, witness Althea and Nick's flight to their Caribbean honeymoon (though why she is wearing a fur hat on a flight to the Bahamas is beyond me), and frolicking on the "beach" (of course, an indoor set with the sound effect of ocean waves piped in). Also, try to catch the Christmas episode that features just the Fab Four. All four break the fourth wall as Jim Pritchett leads them in wishing the viewers a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, "from all of us at Hope Memorial". Jim Pritchett and Liz Hubbard also sing beautifully when Matt and Althea break into "It Came Upon a Midnight Clear". Have fun!!! Tons of fun moments can be found in all these episodes.
  20. That's awesome - good for her!!
  21. I had an email yesterday from Maureen Mooney Pellegrini, best known for her stint on GL as Ann Jeffers in the mid/late 70s to the early 80s. (The whole story of how I got in touch with her is on The Doctors page.) After a long break, she is getting back into show biz! More details to come as I get them.
  22. I had an email yesterday from Maureen Mooney Pellegrini (since it had to do with her bit roles on The Doctors, I posted the actual email on that show's page). After a long break, she is getting back into show biz!! As soon as I find out more, I'll post it here.
  23. Does anyone know if Lucy Rittenberg is even still alive? She retired in 1976 and was replaced by Allen Potter. I've done several online searches and can find virtually nothing about her.
  24. I'd be happy to. I also mentioned the Brim commercial in my email to her, so let me know once you find it so I can send that off to her as well.
