I like when they have someone "run" through the park. The set is so small that they can't build up speed, then stop after two steps. B&B and even GH film outside so it can't be that expensive. Why bother with this embarassing set? Why not use, for example, the studio's roof for the scene with Billy and Chelsea on the roof, like other shows do? (Stupid scene btw).

What a dumb story. It would have been much better if Thomas made the bogus call, and then when CPS pulled Douglas to the side he told them about all the things Thomas did during the baby Beth story and then Thomas finally got comeuppance for how he abused his son. I found it preposterous that CPS questioned Douglas right in front of Thomas and Ridge.

Did the show just make that up lol cause I've never heard them being called Elate.

Julianne Moore is more positive about her soap experience than most, but even so, I was glad the interviewer pushed back on her comment that "I got to go there and just be terrible."

I like to to think that this was a mature Nikki believing that Cora really would be more comfortable at home and seeing through Cora just trying to not be any trouble. I guess now we have more context for why Traci cried in the other recent episode! It was interesting how she recognized that Tim was following the same playbook with that girl that he did with Traci... exactly like Brad with Lisa and then Traci.

Wow, a 1984 episode popped up on YouTube! Based on the commercials, this might be July 30 or 31. There's a promo for Whitney Houston appearing on ATWT which happened August 1 and a commercial for a movie airing that Wednesday.

This is really great. We had in the vault up to 4/13/95 already and this set picks up with 4/14/95 til 5/8/95! A great find since YouTube is skipping this year for now and the CALA episodes start as of 5/15/95. Videoland will probably get there, but you never know, and with all the issues that crop up with the vault, it's nice to know they are there. These are the dates. This person must have been a Ridge and Brooke and/or Taylor fan and skipped over episodes without them. Thanks, this is good information. I wasn't aware of some of these options like the decoders. I usually do unlisted YouTube playlists which are great, unless YouTube has an automatic content block that catches the upload. I've wanted to register at VK but felt hesitant about giving my phone number. Are there American soap groups there? I've also seen people sharing on other Russian sites like ok.ru, yandex, and rutube. What I think is so unique about the Vault is the collaborative effort. With YouTube or MegaUpload, as far as I know it's just one person putting up their collection and then others can share that link. The Vault is great because anybody could upload to it and don't even have to register. I have a registered account there and sometimes people would see my email address and email me. I got to know some very nice people that way, and even convinced them to upload things there since it's so easy to do. And it's all in one place organized into folders with huge storage capacity instead of having multiple links to different playlists, etc. Such an innovative idea from @ChickenNuggetz92!

In just that one photo MTS already looks so much better on B&B. She looked better on The Talk too. Y&R's stylists are terrible.

Steffy could be a fun character that we love to hate, if the other characters had her number and called her out on her incredible hypocrisy. Instead, they go on about how strong she is all the time, like she's just opiniated and calling it like she sees it. Please. I'm not a fan of the Logans. I loved it when Stephanie used to call Brooke out. Stephanie had some skeletons, but she also had intelligence and class and more of a moral high ground that Steffy and Taylor. Plus Stephanie was acknowledged as an overbearing pain in the ass mother-in-law, not considered a saint. Steffy and Taylor are insufferable. Taylor has slept with every man in Brooke's family and Ridge's family.

It seemed like Bill liked Steffy more than Hope because he was sexually attracted to her, and did in fact sleep with her... which you would think would make her an unsuitable wife to Liam considering she cheated on Liam with him. 😂 It makes zero sense.

It's important to keep in mind it used to be on the free tier and moved to the paid tier. I actually think it's impressive it kept that much of its audience. It's unfair to compare the free episodes to the paid. I saw a lot of comments on articles with people saying they won't pay and others replying "no I watch it on Peacock for free." They might pick up viewers once people realize they have to pay. I'm surprised it's 10x as in demand as an average show. I wonder if that means on Peacock or all of streaming. I have to laugh at the idea that Peacock doesn't want to make enemies of soap fans. Yeah right.

So they finally started uploading the 1996 episodes but they are labelled 2011. 🙃

Another clip from the angel I've never seen before from November 1984. Short, but features a snapshot of a lot of characters including Victor, Nikki, Kay, Brent, Dina, Esther, Traci, John, Paul, Andy, Danny, Lauren, Jack and Jill. The cuts look fan made, so I wonder if this whole episode is out there somewhere, could even be from more than one episode... (I think this comes from YouTube and have no idea who was the original uploader).
