5-20 Wow. They gave Gregory a whole montage??? And darn it if I didn't tear up a little. It was probably my own father relationship. And I did like seeing the younger pictures of GH since he was quite the fox back in the day on tv. I can't believe that against my own judgment...because I did want Alexis and Harmony way back when...that I grew to like him with first Alexis and now Tracy. But he did have a finite end. Kinda like some of the other characters were getting with PM writing. So alas...and I can't help, but wonder if that means we about to get a more bloated cast since I honestly felt PM was writing with a goal in mind for a lot of the characters, some of which included exits. I know Kristina isn't as oblivious as this, but Kate Mansi did such a great job with the disillusionment over Sonny attacking Dex. I did like the Sonny/Carly scenes because when it comes to an unsettled Sonny, Carly has been good at calming him. That said...so I take this to be the next turn in the Sonny Off his Meds storyline. So hmmmm. That is the question...something I'm starting to say as well. I love that I was one of the first to call the Drew/Nina hate coming from a mile away. And I do enjoy how we all picked up on the vibes between Drew and Willow. So I do hope they go there with Drew and Willow (though I love Drew/Nina) if only to see Michael's head explode. I hope it goes down like that as well. Same.

Who didn't? lmao. But yes. I read the books before I saw the show and seeing the classroom scene with Ann with an E hitting him with her board...yeah I was swooned as a pre-teen. I always wanted to go to Prince Edward Island to see if I too could find someone who could deal with my freckles and overdramatic young self. lol. I cried with everyone else when Jonathan Crombie passed. Another part of my childhood gone. I was the reverse with my bookworm self so I stumbled onto the show during one of PBS's telethon periods where they always aired their best shows like Anne of Green Gables to donate from what I remember as a kid. And I think you are right about the Megan Follows cover!!! It took me forever to realize what a tie-in book was. And seeing the Narnia shows got my brother interested in reading since I winded up teaching him how to read by making little plays based off of the Narnia shows and we would play act them growing up. The power of PBS indeed!!! You are making me realize another reason I loved PBS and those conversative sadden me given where it used to be...DEGRASSI JUNIOR HIGH. I used to long for lunch breaks at home when school was out to watch it at 11:30 (around Y&R's schedule) and noon.

As an Arkansan, I understand. Like I said yesterday, working there for almost a decade...it used to be MUCH cheaper than it is now. But in terms of trashy...well...I believe my friend and also former co-worker who left to follow his music dreams said it best...Olive Garden is Italian Denny's. And surprisingly gets picked on A LOT online I see.

Oooo thank you for the heads up @DramatistDreamer. I was just thinking about PBS a little while ago and my days obsessing over Gilbert Blythe Anne of Green Gables, anything Narnia, etc.

That, too!!! But good to hear about the theme. Now do CHARMED. But seriously, I watched the original runs in real time (and with VHS) so there are scenes that I remember when they aired and what music was played. A lot of the music and artist I've discovered growing up has been through movies and tv shows. Or the music resonated with the scenes in questions. So it does not hit the nostalgia the same when you see a scene that you still remember in your 'old' age but some generic music play. Yeeeah NO. I take that personal though I understand why. It's like soaps no longer being able to play the latest in music due to rights. What is coming to mind is Bo&Hope and Carrie/Austin on DAYS and their theme songs which of course if they were on, fans would never hear it now. LOL. Yeah. He did as Kevin Williamson really started to rise so they left Season 2. They did. lol. I don't know if it was as bad as the other shows I watched yet. But I can point to one of my favorite episodes in Season 2 The Aretha Theory where the girls beg Meghan to take them out to forget about their men problems and that music was changed. Cuz it was a fun quirky 'let's get characters who rarely interact' episode and Meghan actually having Felicity's back when they were in their frenemies stage was always a hoot. But like I said before, I love that show soooo much as a teenager turned college student (I even call out of my college friends to this day whom favors Keri Russell right down to her now long hair Felicity to this day) that I might have to tell Memory GTFOH and watch...something I've actually been doing with a (very, very) Dawson Creek's Season 5 binge because I liked them at college the first (and second and three) time around. But just in case, you never saw Season 5...I will shut up. Good to know. WHHHHHHHHATTTTTTTTT!!! This is your FIRST BUFFY watch. Oooo...dish!!!! lol. Outside of crossover episodes, I think you will be fine just on BUFFY. Heck there is one season where they are separate by tv networks and aren't even allowed to mention the other by name so you should be fine. But...like @Bright Eyes said...ANGEL Season 1 was airing concurrently with BUFFY Season 4. So you have a waaaaays to go. In hindsight, I agree with you about ALIAS Season 3. But as someone watching that craziness...it was TOO jarring. I wish they had found a better balance to not rewrite that ending but move into their standalone season for Season 4. I have always wondered since Lauren was talking about the very idea that Sydney didn't know who was pulling her strings. And that Sydney...listened. But alas. Still a great show which PS. also had its songs changed ugh. How am I supposed to enjoy Spy Mommy in Bangkok without her DEFINITE theme music when she shows how lethal she really was? I mean...UUUUUUUUUgggghhh!!! That generic song does...NOT DO IT. lol.

Yay!!! They gave the internationals their own ALL STARS!!! A reminder I really should get back to my internation binging of shows. I wish some of the Showmax/etc had a way to be shown here cuz that one show I've always posting...they be dressing fierce to the hilt. Jessel...you were not kidding...she's turned a corner and I love how cool, calm, and fierce she's been. And she being the one to figure Erin out was a chef's kiss moment. And her and Sai sitting back sipping as Brynn and Ubah took on Erin in the jacuzzi was a meme waiting to happen. I'm looking forward to the return home cuz while I'm side-eying Erin, Sai still hasn't irked me yet. Hehe. But she kids, she kids!! Such an adorable pairing. But it could be because my two closest friends...and my last 'relationship'...are/was with Aquariuses. I saw. To think...I used to find him cute on the original run. Lenny ain't #$%^.

Same. It is not my favorite story, but over everything else Ashley's story reign supreme. Eileen Davidson is giving a masterclass. She has great support in all the actors PB, BM especially, CC. And even TSJ has his moments when he shines in it. But again...the argument with Tucker was not that traumatic. So I really love they said that on-screen and have added this very angle. If it's a true doozy, I might take any complaint back about it and it might be my favorite story cuz...who knew? lol. Totally on Victor. Given how the Jordan storyline has played out since this year started and how many times Jordan has escaped and has mentioned she WOULD...NOT...STOP...why is anyone side-eyeing Victor? He is actually justified for a chance cuz that woman is cray cray and has not even tried to redeem herself.
