I've always had good memories of the city due to my first real relationship...not to mention a spontaneous Labor Day road trip. Plenty to see. A lively nightlife. And if you are looking for a dance floor...well...there's a biiig one that I know still exist. hehe. And it just seems like so many people from singers to actors to etc seem to be moving there. So I would hope it's become an even bigger melting pot than it was a decade or so ago.

I mean wasn't OC at 8 last year and did fine? Absolutely jealous!!! This weekend was rough on me and I'm still in pre-production about a much needed vacation. More soon Fingers crossed. But I know you definitely deserve one so good to see you got it. They pushed the RHOA reunion to next week. I can see that with Julia and Guerdy. And I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt until I saw the scene itself. Leading up to it Julia has been...not nice. And post-throw...not feeling her at all. Oh don't say that. I've been feeling the same. re: Julia's joining of the Mean Girls. And with Stephanie so far being taken into the group by Larsa, the potential IS there for this show to hit the toxicity that RHOM hit in Season 3. And we knew what happened at the end of Season 3. I'm wait and see on Stephanie.

Well, let me get started by saying that now that I know what's under that suit per this weekend, Jacob's father suuuuuure can get it. lol. I am soooooo happy the show is back. But the week off definitely hurt the momentum of the stories. There were definitely a lot of stories going on and it was a struggle to keep up...something I'm not used to with this show. Or it could be that the A story of Martin's Secret was not as focused has it has been for the past four three weeks. That said...I did love that there was a sense of 'closing in' in terms of the plot though. Smitty's investigation leading to tea about a link between Vernon and Marcel. That Jacob and his father scene setting up some stakes between them...which honestly makes me think that post-reveal will probably be when we finally see Jacob's mother and his fellow cop brother...who is probably a bad boy. The status of Joey, Randy (hey, Randy, hey! nice bubble), and Kenny. The fact that husband and husband are now keeping something from the other officially. And Martin's hallucinations/paranoia increasing even more. It's turning into a perfect storm. Doug/Vanessa/Joey are always going to give good B plot. I can believe Vanessa would be daydreaming about him cuz...VANESSA. But now Joey is thinking about her, too? Uh oh. And Doug trying to use his BFF against Joey?? It is about to get messy. I didn't get around to saying it last week, so I don't mind saying it this week. I love that we are getting a triangle with Chelesa. I didn't like how fast Chelesa and Madison were moving...and I appreciate Dani owning up to her pushing them into that Vernon meet...but I do like them. They have a good vibe. I enjoy both. And now they are in a potential triangle. I don't think I've seen a triangle between three black women and it's refreshing. And Allison is coming across a bit crazy, too. So I didn't mind it having B plot status this episode after being (well-deserved cuz it needs time) C plot status last week. THANK YOU SOAP GODS!!!! What am I talking about? Giving me a Dani/Vanessa scene. I have gotten used to Dani with Pamela, but Dani/Vanessa just...fit. Speaking of which, loved Vernon/Dani having another little scene where Dani showed how well she can read her father, too. And now Vernon knows about her and Andre? lol. I love how this is coming out. Wait, wait, wait!!!! The June storyline...which has also been a C plot...got a little bit of movement??? I think the writers have done a good job of making me care about her as a person. And I definitely care because I love Jacob probably too much and Naomi so I would care that they care. And the picture June cares about has a phone number?? And Naomi called it to be hung up on. Oooo the plot thickens. And good cliffhanger today. Though I'm sure it's Martin hallucinating again. We back!!! Same. I really have loved it as well. I think he is, too. He's giving me what I like to see when Chance is on a case on Y&R.

Same. That second one...has put me on break from the show. I just can't. I would have loved that. I always liked Cole and I never thought he would EVER come back. And I didn't mind him and Victoria back together. But for THIS? Ugh.

All these things I keep seeing about Nashville make me wonder. Personally, not KS. That said...I do worry if this will snowball into something else given KS has greatly bounced back and has been doing great work on screen for the past year. Godspeed.

I may have hated originally the writers going this route since I was for Sam/Dante/Lulu once Lulu woke up which would have given Dante so much more to do. BLQ had been off in her own stories, and it felt very 'circle in a square peg' but I can't fault the writers for remembering that Lulu vs BLQ has quite a history and good to see it being used for maximum drama. I'm not caught up yet, but I do look forward to seeing how I feel seeing BLQ getting her hands dirty...something she would totally do back in the day. Both girls are scrappers so it's an even playing field. I do agree that Dante has felt...there...outside of the rift between him and Chase which has been a solid friendship for both that has played out on screen for years. Same. I can't wait for Tracy to know everything, too. I expect great Tracy/BLQ scenes. Totally understand. And...he looks younger than his age by a half-decade so good genes.

And it holds up because they were the same way in the past as well.

It might be. Has she appeared since the Newman Ranch return? That was...beginning of November? And given what happened then with her giving the company to Victor and Billy kicking her out of his life...it all felt final. As much as I want her to be around.

So I see Lulu got her lick back. I may hate that storyline, but it's nothing against the actor. I don't think he is too old and he can act. He actually (don't hate me) reminds me of REAL Vaughn from ALIAS every time I see him. Which actually makes me dislike the storyline more.

And that's just her being nice! lol. I can't.

7-2 I tuned in for the Amanda/Devon scenes. Outside of that...or a shirtless JR, NO, JM, or CF...I think I'm good. And then knowing what's coming for Cole...and surprised THAT part of the story is on screen. ON BREAK. Very much so. I just wanted to add that before this latest (and unnecessary) plot twist...it did seem like Damien was Dumas and that yes, it seem to be leading to a pairing with Lily. After all, it was her that got him to mend fences with his dying mother whom presence kicked off the whole (surprisingly good before now) storyline.

7-1 Surely they should have known Luna was about to go cray cray again given she had on her crazy outfit again. Good to see Remy again. Nice onion in those pants. That said...uh oh.

RHOM Let me start with the bad. Production, what do you think you are doing? I was just praising them last week for NOT doing what RHOA and some other HW shows have done...editing out relevant scenes and then representing them as a flashback!!! It not only manipulates the audience, but it destroys the level of truth between the audience and the show in terms of 'reality.' I mean...how can we trust the show if the scene is not being shown as it happened as it was filmed. Up until now, RHOM has been ABOVE that technique and a better show for it. And the scenes in question...has been the aftermath of Julia, Guerdy, and the drink throw. After the silence from most of the cast, it would have been better to see Guerdy going to each of them as she talked to them about the incident and get a feel for what the others thought. Instead...flashbacks that make one suspect. Hmmm. Cuz...the optics. Secondly...what was up with the audio for the taglines??? After making us wait...THAT was horrible and better be fixed before Wednesday's episode? A mess!! Outside of that, it was another good episode in spite of that. We got another set of interesting scenes and leave it up to Adriana to do an event that wasn't boring. lol. I'm sorry that the other ladies just had to messy, though I did love to see Alexia vs Adriana in such a petty HW, but RHOM way. As for the new housewife...Oooooh she knows Caroline Stansbury from RHoDubai. Intrigued. But so far...undecided. ALEXIA. I was right there with Marysol, too. Todd (and her) got an extension on the divorce??? WHAT??? Why?? Definitely a thing that makes you go hmmm. And her vs Adriana at Julia's baby shower was the kind of petty feud I love to see because they both got good licks in. JULIA. They started the episode with her and I zzzzzzzzzzzzzz. And more of her bad side came out this episode with what happened with Adriana. Adriana did that party for her due to her being her BFF and there every step of the way during her attempt to adopt. And not only did she not want Adriana to sit by her, but she wanted to get the new housewife to be placed by her??? Really, Jules. GIRL, BYE. I never thought I would see the day where Julia came across as some kind of clout chaser, yet here we are. And don't get me started on how she continued to try to play as a victim with everything having to do with Guerdy. Good thing Guerdy had better things to do than go to that baby shower. LISA. First of all...I can't believe Lisa was online the night of and retweeted my tweet (which is at 32k views and counting) when I was joke serious. Because I just can't believe that Larsa...was having that scene with her Milan friend and continuing to ruin Jody's reputation. I didn't expect it to snowball into Larsa planting a scene since I feel Larsa can't act to save her life but TeamLisa anyway. Her and Lisa had just come to make in-roads so I can't believe Larsa shot it to Kingdom Come. And poor Lisa at the baby shower. I felt so bad for her. And don't get me started on her sending Larsa a picture of her dead dad. LARSA. Can't. Won't. She was actually in my good graces. But ewww at all the attempts to bait Lisa. Not helped by Alexia and Marysol trying to wind her up. She could have saved that mess until after the baby shower. GUERDY. And we know I'm Team Guerdy. It was sad to watch her break down to Russell (best househusband ever) as she expressed how she felt. I also thought it was wise to lay low and focus on herself. STEPHANIE. Just kinda there so far for me. It saddened me because the HW shows for the last year or two have had great newbie intros right out of the gate. She definitely gave me a Nicole-lite vibe which I liked. And I liked that she instantly got into it with Alexia of all people. For now...wait and see. Good episode, but I hope RHOM is not about to jump the shark. Cuz people are still mad about Julia vs Guerdy. And we know how I feel (and sadly the ratings are reflecting it) about RHOM being in the 9 PM timeslot rather than the 8 PM one.

Well, I'm happy to see the actress who plays Li got more than 1 episode. I think she does as well. I would hate to see Heather retire some day, but I understand.

Yeeeeah NO. When you think WSB who do you think of first...Jax and Carly...or Robert and Anna? That alone explains why that storyline rings false. Which is what I said right when that story started and will continue to say. Joss is standing...where Emma should be. I definitely love Gio with Emma now, but I enjoyed the two people of the arts together, too. You might be right. I just didn't see it that way. Acting be funny like that. I know in hindsight, I like SJB's Carly more than when I was young and saw her and loved to hate. Especially when she was around Robin. I agree. A great find. May she stay around. Even when Joss comes back around into focus. Yeah at this point....I would rather want TJ and Molly out of town now and I was really cheering for them to finally get some story even if I didn't like said story. Ooooo YES. And I definitely look forward to her scenes with Finola. Not that I've gotten any since I'm back to regular viewing. Agree. I give Van that for sure. But still... 😜

Well not as much as most of the board 😜 but I do. But I like Mike's acting from what little I've seen of it on DAYS and I do like it here cuz he didn't need any adjustment at all IMO. I do, like you though, look forward to seeing him out of the house. His character comes alive when he's not being the 'mom to Martin's 'dad.' And I also wouldn't mind the friendship with Jacob to continue post-secret.

So THAT'S why Nate and Victoria had that random scene last week. Ugh.

I feel like it was a little bit of both from what I remember. Really? I feel Vaganos has...well had...some quirkiness within her uptight-ness. At least pre-Cody. Now any attempt at quirkiness comes across as forced. Same. I was holding out for BRS as well. It's so rare now to see an kid grow up naturally on screen on soaps now. She was going to be rare. And I was ready to not like the recast. But...Braedyn really comes across for the most part like an older Emma. So she won me over. I wouldn't say that yet since I do feel Frank will keep Joss vs Emma going. And it's not the first time Frank has simply forgot Joss only for her to rise like a phoenix in story. It's how we got this Alias story where Emma should be. I also agree. I like a more serious Lucas, but I have gotten used to Van's version of him. Lol. That was such a crazy year of Mollys.
