Hooked, who is the male singer in the second clip? He sounds so familiar, and I hate that I can't figure out who he is.

RE: Tracy knowing about the rape. I'm torn on this one. She was sort of in the middle of some things when it actually happened, what with getting banished and all. So it's conceivable she doesn't know. But Tracy makes it her business to know the dirt on people, and this is a huge, huge thing for her NOT to know about her husband of almost two years. As much as I'd love for Lainey's scenario to be true, because it would be AWESOME television, I'm pretty sure he's just going to be upset because Lulu might find out.

They are so pesky that way, aren't they? So are girlfriends. I was perfectly happy to just sleep without supper, and Fey's like, my sugars are low, we need supper. Wow, they are sooo needy! Thinks just because she's diabetic, we have to feed her!

The opposite of writer's block is bliss. And exhaustion. Glad you have it, because Chance Encounters is my new crack.

Maybe I'm just tired and sick and cranky, but I'm not finding the ghost storyline as funny as everybody else seems to be finding it. First of all, it's very one-dimensional. Tracy hit the nail on the head--aren't ghosts supposed to be all-seeing and all-knowing? If not, then maybe at least a bit more ... I don't know, enlightened due to their new perspective? Alan seems, if anything, less mature than when he was alive. He and Tracy are going at it like 17-year-old siblings, which is fun for a while, but I'd like more depth to this. He's dead, and that should give him a bit of perspective. If it was any other writer than the ones GH normally uses, I'd say this was a ploy--he's being purposely immature to goad Tracy in a certain direction, leading her to a point where she can come to her own decision and reach her own conclusions. But these are GH writers, so I'm tending to take it at surface value. He's being immature because that's how they are writing him, not because he is playing psychological games with her. And Tracy seems to have lost more than her brother in the MetroCourt explosion. I'm thinking several million brain cells were listed among the casualties, because real!Tracy would NEVER be so obvious about this. Unless she thinks this is an elaborate hoax, which is not what they're saying, Tracy is a moron for telling Luke she's being haunted. I love me some Luke Spencer, but he's not above placing her in a home for the perpetually loopy and assuming his rightful place as husband and "administering" her fortune while she's in the loony bin. real!Tracy would know this too, and keep her mouth shut. Of course, real!Luke wouldn't just be like, Oh, Tracy is going crackers, where's my martini, either. But, she's getting screen time and Stuart's having fun and we're getting yummy flirtation, so I can't be too annoyed. And she got a Sam smackdown, which is always good for the soul. Hopefully, as I start to get over this infection, I'll enjoy it more. (And yeah, the power line had my blood pumping in a great way, but I think it was all to annoy Monica and Edward.)

I got this WONDERFUL resource list from the MQAS mailing list. If letters, emails, etc. worked to keep Stuart Damon, maybe we can get them to make LuNacy a REAL couple. Regency, I will pray for the healthy return of your fics. I hope you get time to read soon, because there is some SERIOUSLY good fic happening right now on the Ficathon, between Hooked's Larry & Tracy pastfic and the wicked cool AU story by Mackenzie and of course, hot Young LuNacy in Lust and Lainey's Grown Up LuNacy in Lust. I'm such a happy camper these days. My next 100 Situations prompt is Touch. Why do I get the feeling that there's going to be more LuNacy in Lust fic posted??? Have I mentioned how much I love you guys? I'd love you more if some of you (MsQ, 4XCrazy, Angel, Keith-AHEM) would update your works in progress......you know I'll never be able to love you unconditionally until you overwhelm me with fanfiction. Ooh, and TRACY'S on today, right? One more thing--I thought Tracy was so ADORABLE looking out for "Little Robin Scorpio" in that clip. I feckin' hated Robin, Jason, and Sonny's mocking response, but I thought it was actually very sweet that Tracy was worried about Robin's safety. Of course, nobody SEES it as her being worried for Robin's safety, but I did and I flove Tracy for it. She's my doll-face. Just stick to the classics and forget the Madonna wardrobe, okay?

Did I not tell you guys that "Dry" was the BOMB DIGGITY? (Okay, that's it. No more renting "Bring It On Again" for me.) Lainey, you are the LuNacy Queen. I'm back on the bus.

Wow, did you guys see those GREAT Tracy scenes today? Yeah, it was awesome. See, the truth is, we discover that Tracy is working deep undercover for the FBI to get info on the Corinthos and Alcazar crime families. Only, someone has discovered Tracy's true identity and is gaslighting her. Truth is--Alan ISN'T dead, and Luke isn't really what he says he is. This is all an evil plot of the Solieto Crime Family, who are trying to use Tracy to expand into the Port Charles market. The REAL reason Luke married Tracy is to get to her secrets, which are imbedded so deep into her subconscious that even SHE doesn't know her true identity. Luke is a super-secret government agent sent to retrieve Tracy and save her life, but he's fallen in love with her. Anyway, the Solietos are trying to drive Tracy crazy to break her mental conditioning, but Luke is trying to protect her to keep her safe. Because if she cracks, not only will she be in danger from the mob, but also from the government, who will kill her to keep from revealing what she knows. Alan is being held hostage by the Solietos and forced to participate in the gaslighting scheme. Oh...wait..... That's NOT what happened today? That's NOT even a real storyline? Dayum. This show sucks.

OMG, Regency! The Tragedy!!!! (Not the your being alive part, but the dead computer/lost fic part.) This just means you absolutely have to start on a new Tracy fic RIGHT now. As for you, Hooked, please stop with the SpinelliSpeak, willya? My head will get so big I won't be able to fit in my car. Glad you liked the story. And special thanks to Lady Ashton for all those fabulous Larry clips to inspire me. He's so McDreamy, isn't he? Not like yicky old Paul..... So, is Her Fabulousness supposed to be on today? Please, please, please?

New 100 Situations is up, the Larry and Tracy LoveFest! Yeah, it's romantic drivel, and I'm not ashamed to admit it. Larry was Dreamy McDreamboat back in the day, and I can see Tracy being totally besotted with him before he showed his true colors. 100 Situations #37 - Quietly

MsQ, I'm sending you chocolate-covered Prozac. I just watched "Live to Tell," and I'm totally depressed now. I had to watch "When You're Smiling" again, just to counterbalance the sadness. Tracy needs to be kissed, a big old Harlan Barrett and The Roller Skates kiss, a Dayum You are One Hot Woman and I Can't Keep My Hands Off You kiss. Luke needs to be the one doing it, boys and girls. He's the only man in PC smart enough and strong enough for her. Just watching this string of losers Tracy's been stuck with has convinced me. Tracy needs this Bad Boy to pull himself together and be man enough for her. And if he can't do that, then Tracy needs to drop him, do the Helena thing. Become a force unto herself, surround herself with boytoys and give up on the whole love and marriage thing. She was on her way to doing that before Luke derailed her. If he's not going to step up, he needs to back off so she can continue on her path to replacing Helena as the resident Ultimate Evil Bad Girl on General Hospital. I'm sick of Tracy being SH$T on. She's beautiful, sexy, intelligent, talented, funny, strong, and capable. She's borne more pain and disappointment than any one person should ever have to suffer, without the family support and love most of the people on the show have had. Tracy is the ultimate survivor, and she gets spit on by everyone. If the Qs must perish, I want Tracy to be the last Q standing. I want her to wind up with all the toys, all the money, all the power. I want her to OWN Port Charles. She may not have love, but she will have what the Qs have always wanted most--money and power. I want Tracy to win, finally, at long last. It's what she deserves. I'm so sick of this BS.

I had a little time and felt creative. Made a video, using a lot of those wonderful old clips Lady Ashton and Tracey @ Jane-Elliot.com uploaded. A personal note--the music is authentic Louisiana--the band is the Bayou Dixieland Band, and the vocals are sung by none other than MinervaFan's dear old Dad! When You're Smiling

I love Tracy. I'm going to miss you guys while I'm in Louisiana. See you on Wednesday. Be good, post lots of fic. Maybe I'll have a Lainey-effect, and incredible things will happen when I'm gone. Dudes, we have ANOTHER new writer at the Ficathon! It's LuNacy AU by someone named MacKenzie. I haven't read it yet, but it looks promising. I am SO thrilled by how well this community has been taking off, and am so grateful to all the people who take the time to write and post fanfic. It's awesome, isn't it? Just read Chapters 1-3 of Sands of Time by Mackenzie. It's pretty good. Very AU, but still well-written and intriguing. I recommend it to those of you looking for a fix between episodes and updates!

The Tracy Quartermaine Lovefest
All the scenes with Luke and Tracy were like the good old days. Lots of fun and sexual tension and mercenary undertones. It's been far too long, imho. Oh, and they totally need to have sex now. Ask Lainey. She'll tell you. It's only a matter of time. **humming The Wheels on the Bus Go Round and Round**

The Tracy Quartermaine Lovefest
Am I the only person here who didn't think the "Who's Your Daddy?" thing was wierd? I thought it was perfectly in character--Luke was teasing Tracy, seeing that those walls were coming down again, and helping her get back to a sense of normalcy (ie, committing fraud, betraying your dead brother's wishes, theft, you get the picture). Frankly, these two are just too hot for words, and Luke was looking mighty spiffy in that Functioning Member of Society outfit. Oh, and if this was the Marvel Universe, Tracy's ability to rationalize ANYTHING would be a mutagenic power and the girl would have a code name.
