  1. I'm so happy this show is back. I really hope Becky gets to react to Darlene sleeping with two men at the same time. She deserves that win.
  2. I still and probably always will love the Oscars. Give me Rob Lowe and Snow White every year, I don't care.
  3. Bill Bell did it. Masterfully. Of course, he was the exception and not the rule. Did Agnes?
  4. I hope this is okay to ask: I have no prejudices against dating and/or hooking up with any race/ethnicity etc, and have done so, but my question is, is it racist to say that I think good looking black men are the best looking?
  5. I have a weird request. Obviously, you should only do so if you wish and whenever you have the time and inclination, but because there are so many shows I see in your lists I've never or barely heard of, would you be willing to make a master list of all the soaps/soap adjacent shows you follow and do research on?
  6. Random Thought: I never realized how good looking Brian Lane Green is. If the rumours are true that his character, Alan Brand, was originally supposed to be part of a gay supercouple with Billy Warlock's Frankie Brady in the late 80's, they would have been beautiful together. What could have been.
  7. I watched the Lois Weber silent film, Hypocrties (1916), tonight. This lead me to reading the wikipedia page for the world's first supermodel Audrey Munson. Another to add to the list of silent starts who lived a tragic life.
  8. Does anyone know who the Head Writers were when Genie Francis debuted on the show? The dates for 1977 are too broad looking it up. Ditto that for Kin Shriner and Leslie Charleson.
  9. I do remember seeing Nina Laemmle's name in the credits for Peyton Place when I watched on YouTube. It surprised me because I remember thinking if she could write for a show that I enjoyed so much, why was she so terrible on DAYS. It really shows you there are good writers who can write based on an already created outline while failing when given more responsibilty, and great ones who can truly create and spin and weave stories effortlessly.
  10. I don't remember exactly what she said. It was some written interview and I think she was specifically asked, prompting the answer.
  11. And he's the only actor (that I know of) that Deidre Hall admitted she didn't like working with.
  12. Yes, she was. She was in one scene, but it was substantial. I saw this post before I watched so I knew to look out for her. She did look great.
  13. I didn't see his name on the first page, so in honour of his 50th birthday, I request Christian Slater.
  14. She's playing Vivian. This has always been known, just not officially. Louise Sorel recently admitted in some interview the show only gave her a week's notice so she had to turn them down, hence the recast.
  15. In my experience when a guy has a nipple piercing ... 😎
  16. So Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig were on to something then?
  17. Both Shaun Benson (ex-Steven Webber, GH) and Brittany Allen (ex-Marisa Tasker, AMC) can both be seen in the new Amazon show THE BOYS.
  18. It's fantastic that a black out gay man holds this record, and I hope he does for a long time. As to the quality of the song ... 😎
  19. Off his recent Emmy nomination, a request for Michael Angarano, whose soap credits that I know of (Another World / ATWT) are not listed on his IMDb page.
  20. God damn it! I was a fan of his work. Especially as I love the world of the Bret Easton Ellis novels and him in particular as Victor Johnson/Ward in The Rules of Attraction. He took a minor role of the film and made it one of the best parts of a great movie. I'd still jump at the chance to be able to see the unreleased Glitterati, though that film will never see the light of day, and probably never should considering its seediness. Reading the article, the most disgusting thing to me was how Kip Pardue and his lawyer blamed the accuser by stating that she once scrolled past a picture of her breastfeeding when showing him her Instragram. And his nonsense about being "doe eyed, embarrassed, and not sure what to do" was utter bs of the highest order. He is still a regular on the Marvel show, but his IMDb doesn't list any upcoming projects so I'm unsure if these allegations have affected his career as of yet. I'm sure it at least ruins, rightfully so, his reputation for many.
  21. Underrated British comedy Lovesick was originally titled Scrotal Recall.
  22. That show also has Lincoln Younes, who played Casey Braxton on Home and Away from 2011-2014.
  23. @Faulkner Just posting to remind you that I appreciate your thot-full gifts in this thread.
  24. I'm happy Robert won't be with Aaron any longer, but I'm hoping beyond hope that they don't kill him off.
