GH is the only soap right now showcasing any hint of having actual writers at the helm. They really should follow other awards shows and just scrap the soap category entirely.

Obviously it would never happen, but David Harewood would be perfect for Laura's new man that you have described. Any thoughts on Scotty? Would you pair him with someone new, reunite with an old flame like Bobbie, or pair him up with someone we know but new to each other? Or maybe not pair him up with anyone at all? I could guess the dream is always to have Serena back, and I've always thought it a shame that his history past '77 has become an afterthought. Poor Brooke Bentley lol

The director of the movie, Tom Hooper, got his start directing episodes of EastEnders.

Her tenure on the show was before my time, but it was still such a pleasure to see Gemma Atkinson come back home as Lisa Hunter. All the references, the cheekiness with Tom, and the heartfelt talk with Zara on the stairs were wonderful. Her return was the end of yesterday's and most of today's episode if anyone is interested in just seeing her again.

Hopefully (? maybe not the right word), we can have a Michael B. Jordan/Chadwick Boseman talk in the future with him and Rome Flynn about just that if it all works out for both of them.

Never watched him in anything other that the last season of 13 Reasons Why. I can't in good conscience recommend watching that, as I only did out of a need to finish it, but he was a highlight. He's a good actor, too, and does seem to stay busy. And sorry to fight you, but I prefer him with his beautiful hair. Of course, I think he's perfect either way. A handsome man with beautiful lips is my kryptonite.

Scott Hall, a.k.a Razor Ramon ... one of the most charismatic, studliest wrestlers of my generation. You can't say you were a wrestling fan if you didn't put a toothpick in your mouth and imitate his catchphrase, Hey Chico!. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to learn during the height of his fame that there was a surge in sales for toothpick companies across North America. One of my favourites, R.I.P!

A promo ad like that works if the villain in question was supposed to be a more love to hate, entertaining ne'er do well who screwed with people's lives for the fun of it type of villain. At this point, it's hard to be angry. It's just embarrassing.
